I had a lot of questions before and after the surgery (I got a hair transplant), and they didn’t hesitate to answer me, even on WhatsApp. I got my operation on May 5th, which is almost 11 months ago, and they still answer me if I have any questions. They also follow up on me to see if my hair is growing as planned. I feel like a new person with my new hair, and I recommend Metropolmed to anyone. My surgery was in January, and my experience at AKM Clinic has been truly amazing. I had a deep plane facelift, necklift, and upper eyelid surgery. It’s been a little while, but I really want to highlight just how amazing the level of care at Doctor Neptune was. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Working with the coordinators was smooth and completely stress-free. Everything was organised perfectly. The procedure itself was practically painless, which honestly surprised me. I was also paying close attention to hygiene standards at the clinic, and they were absolutely impeccable. I also have to mention the hotel and transfers - top-notch quality. I had the procedure carried out on the 10th June 2024, while on holiday from the UK. The whole process was so professional and seamless. From the moment I was collected from my hotel, I felt totally at ease, the transportation had Wi-Fi, on arrival at the hospital I was introduced to Pelin and the team by Songul who had been in contact with to arrange the procedure. I had my own private hospital room, and was prepared and taken to the clinic. I did not feel any pain and felt totally at ease throughout the day. A few days after the procedure I had the first wash, again collected from my hotel and felt totally at ease, once again I was greeted by Songul and a member of the team. I would highly recommend using Pelin and the team, I am so happy I chose this clinic following research on the internet, one of the main reasons I choose Perlin was due to the fact she started training as anaesthetists, and I have to say that I felt no pain whatsoever. I had approximately 4300 graphs and the whole process took approximately 7 hours with a lunch break in the middle.

Great team at BThairclinic. From start to finish you really well looked after and cared for. Had my FUE completed about 5weeks ago and everything seems to be looking amazing. The operation was quite straight forward and the aftercare too. The place is super clean, so are the surgeons. Top place ❤️ Make sure you follow all the instruction and get yourselves trained to sleep upright, for the rest is almost perfect.

After searching the internet my friend found this clinic. The reviews were amazing but I was still nervous. Yagiz kept the correspondence reassuring. I have had 4 implants and 12 crowns so far. The clinic has state of the art equipment with a talented dentist and surgeon. Yagiz speaks very good English and has interpreted all the way. The transfers were punctual and Yagis is the perfect host. I am extremely happy and feel that my teeth are amazing so far. I need to return in January because I needed a bone graft and this takes time to heal.
