I was very unsure about considering transplant. After a lot of thinking, I made an enquiry using Whatclinic. I saw so many options that I was a little overwhelmed to begin with. However, Since the moment Tetik made contact with me, they stood out. Tugce was constant, consistent and prompt with all communication, answering my questions and even calling me on the first day I made the enquiry. And from then on, Tugce and Tetik were constant and consistent in answering my questions deeply and promptly which I liked. I decided to go with them over other well-known clinics due to additional treatments that they told me about which could benefit me. When I arrived for my operation, again, Tetik were constantly in communication with me, they solved any issue I had (even a minor matter at the hotel when I first arrived) and reassured me at all times. My experience at the clinic was excellent 👌 Meeting Tugce for the first time was pleasant, and indeed the rest of the team at Tetik, from the clinicians to the Doctor that oversaw my op were all brilliant with me. They were all very friendly, and reassuring and explained each step and things to me. I felt very good and assured in their presence. Even after the operation, Tugce and the team have continued to be so helpful with me, staying in constant contact and answering all my questions fully. First of all I want to begin by saying I took a long time making my decision on where I wanted my surgery done. I was struggling with back pains and decided fairly early that I wanted to get a breast reduction. I was told about Vanity by my client and contacted them via Instagram. I was very surprised and pleased that I received a message not only quickly but also in my language! Since then I had planned a trip to Istanbul and hadn’t been convinced of any place as I was of vanity cosmetics! I knew I was in great hands! Before during and after my process I was taken care of! I was accompanied throughout my journey and I was so glad that it was with them. The consultants and surgeons are very competent and kind. I was able to achieve a result that I never thought was possible and I am soo happy with my results. I had a very easy process and am recovering very well. Everything was considered, from transportation to a lovely hotel nearby the clinic and hospital, and even the medications. Thank you so much. It was a great decision. When I picked the clinic, I was a little sceptical about the clinic itself since I have never done treatments abroad, but I still went through with it. I am happy I took the decision to do the procedures with them. They are a professional team, a great team of consultants, doctors, nurses, and staff, able to provide a great service for your health needs. I recommend them. If you are thinking of doing any medical procedures, talk to them and let them handle it. Of course, you can always do your own research and review it before taking any big steps. I had a hair transplant and a rhinoplasty done, and I am happy with the procedure's results so far and am looking forward to the outcome once everything is healed. Living in Belgium and knowing you’d like to get your rhinoplasty done in another country is one thing but planning the whole trip and surgery is something else. When we first contacted Dr. Ihsan Türkmen we came in contact with Melissa. Melissa is the spokesperson for people living abroad and she made this whole experience a 1000% easier & comfortable. We had been in contact a few months before leaving and during this time she planned everything from the transfers, to the hotel, video chat with Dr. Ihsan, to (ofcourse) the surgery. She also made sure to answer any questions at literally almost at any given time. When we arrived in Istanbul ready to get the surgery she came & picked us up at the hotel and joined us for every “pre-surgery-step. Melissa is very easy going, easy to talk to and it felt like a friend was keeping us company except for this friend we could ask a lot of technical questions. Dr. Ihsan Türkmen makes sure to really listen to what your desired results are but also what you wouldn’t like. He takes his time to ask questions and visa versa. We felt comfortable and trusted him and his team completely. I would definitely recommend getting in contact with Dr. Ihsan Türkmen and his team if you’re in the same situation as we were, living abroad and you have no idea where to start. Or you live in Istanbul, I would obviously still recommend. Overall I love the enthusiastic atmosphere, the comfort, the after care, the clear communication & I love my nose!

I am 2 week post operation and I am absolutely in love with my nose already😍 it is truly life changing! Dr.Umut has been amazing! I was not sure which doctor to choose as I felt like every doctor was just agreeing that they can make the changes, but Dr.Umut named every part of my nose and point by point explained what changes can be made to suit my face. I traveled from Germany, I was very nervous and scared but after meeting Dr face to face and explaining everything in more detail I was 100% sure with my decision and super excited for the next day. I had a hair transplant at this clinic and my operation went for 15 hrs with a great experience and outcome. Great team and work! Adem is a considerate person, he is great at his job and he also treats you like a friend and family! He and his team have a great skill in this area. He was working on me for more than 15 hours! He loves what he doe and he is very good at it. In addition, if you do not speak Turkish, Emre is a translator with a great personality. If you come from the US to this Clinic, Emre is a dude from California which you do feel like you are at home. If you bring him an In-N-out, you might have a special discount as well.
