Empclinics, with the brand Emphair, entered the industry in 2007 with hair transplant applications on Bağdat Street, Istanbul. It opened its first international branch in Azerbaijan in 2009. In 2012, it established its representation in Dubai, followed by branches in Sweden in 2015 and the Netherlands in 2018. In 2012, in addition to hair transplantation procedures, it also added plastic surgery cases to its services with a focus on accepting patients from the Middle East. Alongside international branches, it continued to grow nationally and began providing services with a total of 3 branches, including 2 in Istanbul and 1 in Ankara.
EMPCLINICS, in addition to its own operations, has elevated its brand to a leading position in the industry through operational services provided to international patients of various clinics over 4 years, along with corporate collaborations. It integrated its brand identity as an operator through brand collaborations with major organizations that stood out with their international vision during this process.
Being one of Turkey's leading five healthcare organizations, it was part of the Acıbadem Health Group (Istanbul - Ankara 2014 - 2019, 2017 Amsterdam to the present) and Johns Hopkins Medicine - Anadolu Health Center (2018-2021) clinics. By doing so, it raised its quality standards and integrated into the model of healthcare service delivery with international quality standards.
With a service policy focused on "Patient Health and Safety," EMPCLINICS managed the pandemic process in 2019, becoming one of the institutions that received the highest number of international patients and performed operations in the country. This success propelled EMPCLINICS to the forefront of successful institutions in its field. By creating awareness through its patient-centered approach and quality service standard, it added the "Best Hair Transplant Center in the City" award it won in 2017 to its accolades, and in 2022, it added the "Best Hair Transplant Brand of the Year" and "Best Health Tourism Brand of the Year" awards.
In 2017, it was listed among the "Top 500 Service Exporters of Turkey," highlighting its vision to be one of the organizations representing the Turkish healthcare system on international platforms, and it took its place among the shining stars in health tourism. With the success achieved in the international healthcare service, EMP CLINICS has become a global brand and added branches in the UK and Germany in 2023. It continues to grow with branches opened in Central Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
With the new clinic opened in Ataşehir in 2022, EMPCLINICS aims to make a significant contribution to the Turkish health tourism economy and the provision of modern healthcare integrated with science and art through its strategic growth goals, global vision, TEMOS International Healthcare Accreditation initiative for quality healthcare service, exportation of quality healthcare services and healthcare education.
In addition to providing human-centered, high-quality services, it aims to touch both modern architecture and the hearts and souls of people with interior design in compliance with the laws of frequency, energy, and vibration.
With over 50,000 successful operations from 2007 to 2023, and the trust gained through the quality of service and patient-centered approaches, it drew the attention of international investors and became the FIRST clinic to receive INTERNATIONAL FUND SUPPORT.
Our EMP brand, which continues to evolve and develop rapidly, has developed its own management and education model over the years, and alongside providing services with a modern "health management and service delivery" approach, it continues to contribute by training healthcare managers and clinicians with an international education model in EMPACADEMI, which started its services with a new vision."
