2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. I travelled to Kuşadası with Elite Med Clinic for a breast uplift and implant change on 5th January 2026. I honestly cannot put into words how incredible the entire experience was. From the moment I landed, I was greeted at the airport and taken straight to the hotel, where Ozlem and Mustafa welcomed me like family. They instantly put me at ease and made me feel completely safe and cared for. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no matter the time or the request. I had wanted this surgery for years, and the moment I met Ozlem, all my nerves disappeared — I just knew I had made the right decision. The care at the hospital was beyond anything I expected. Every single nurse was kind, gentle, and genuinely caring, which meant so much during such a vulnerable time. Dr Akad was absolutely amazing — he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and checked on me throughout my stay. I felt truly listened to and completely looked after. The level of care was next-level in every sense. Ozlem’s support didn’t stop at the hospital doors. She was in constant contact before I travelled, during my stay (at any hour), and continued to check in on me once I was back home recovering. That level of dedication and compassion is rare, and it made all the difference to my confidence and peace of mind. Choosing Elite Med Clinic was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Without a doubt, I will 100% be returning to them for any future procedures. I am beyond grateful for everything they have done and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

After researching for clinics that carry out Adult circumcision, I chose to arrange an appointment with Thornhill Clinic. I chose to have a circumcision for hygiene and personal preference. It was easy to arrange the appointment and the receptionists were helpful in answering any questions I had before the appointment. On arriving for my appointment, the clinic is modern and clean, with polite and welcoming staff. My consultation was with Dr Khan who explained the procedure and after care as well as completing the relevant paperwork. I was then taken to a room to change into a gown before entering the surgical room. Dr Khan was assisted by a male member of staff ( I can’t remember his name) and they both made me feel at ease. Dr Khan explained about the local anaesthesia and that the injections were the most uncomfortable part ( which was very true), once the injections had been completed, it was only a 5 minute wait for it to take effect. During the procedure we had a general chat which help to settle any last minute nerves. The procedure did not take very long and Dr Khan gave me the opportunity to see the end result before applying the bandage to my penis, which I was very happy with. Since the procedure, I have not experienced any pain apart from the occasion twinge and some discomfort when experiencing an erection during the night. Overall I am very satisfied with my whole experience at Thornhill Clinic and would recommend this clinic to anyone that is considering any of the procedures that are available. It was also very good value for money, my procedure cost £750 altogether and it was money well spent.

The latest appointment with Dr Juliah was the Gouri booster. I have tried treatments such as profhilo, lumi etc but Gouri shows immediate results! From day 1 the effects were so noticeable on the face/neck area, texture and glow were incredible. Amazing product ❤️
