I went in for a revision circumcision in late January purely for personal reasons. The clinic and Dr Sam were again super professional. I can’t recommend them enough. The whole process and procedure went really easily, thanks mainly to the clinic, Dr Sam and his staff. I experienced no pain during or after the procedure, and it’s now healing really nicely. I understand this procedure can be daunting and even embarrassing for some, myself included but Dr Sam listens and only does what you ask or agree to. The whole procedure went very smoothly, and I can’t thank Dr Sam enough for putting me at ease and giving me his professional advice. Everything was discussed in detail before the procedure so do your homework and ask questions. Have an idea of what outcome you want. That way Dr Sam can advise and make suggestions to achieve your desired outcome. The follow-up and check-in by Dr Sam are also very assuring. I have had absolutely no issues after the procedure but Dr Sam still checked in with me days later to ensure all was good. Very much appreciated. I just want to thank Dr Sam and his team again.

I arrived home in the UK after my breast uplift surgery in KCM clinic on Tuesday. I spent 7 nights in Poland for this surgery with 3 of those nights as a patient in KCM. I have to firstly thank Dr Kierzynka, you are incredible at your work, even if I did drive you crazy changing my mind about implants, but I’m truly glad I followed your advice, after all, you are super educated and professional! You made me feel at ease, and you listened to me, as it is daunting being away from home in another country and having surgery for the first time, you have given me my confidence back, and for that, I will be forever grateful to you. Dr Chabab, the anaesthesiologist, thank you for making me laugh 😂 right before my surgery. You don’t realise how much that helped. I was so scared going into the theatre, but you took my mind off it by making jokes. You’re amazing at your job! I felt completely safe having you put me to sleep. 😄 Karina, this is for you, you are an angel quite literally. I felt I had a friend with me, you are such a lovely person. You lived in the UK for 18 years, so this was quite comforting knowing I had you to translate if I ever needed you to. You really care about your patients experience and always make sure we are ok. KCM is extremely lucky to have you on their team and you definitely deserve recognition. Kim Adam’s, from day one of enquiring about the surgery, you have been amazing, always at the end of the phone with reassurance and help. Thank you so much for making this process so easy and straightforward, I felt I was in safe hands the entire time and I am glad I found you back when I was looking into different clinics. Nurse Anna, you are the loveliest nurse I have ever known! Truly a gentle and kind woman and I can see why you are a Nurse, keep being you! ☺️ and thank you for helping with my dressing changes. Unfortunately, I could not remember each member of staff name that I had the pleasure of meeting, but you are all absolutely phenomenal. You all work very hard, and you all go above and beyond to make sure everything runs like clockwork. I feel the lovely girls who are nurse assistants, they deserve so much recognition, they are so polite and always smiling. 😊 To KCM drivers, thank you for picking us up from the airport and dropping us off safely and comfortably! 😆 My experience was more than I imagined, I was so nervous going but after all of the tests that KCM had done on me, I knew I was in good health and fit enough for surgery they are so thorough! If you are considering surgery abroad, I couldn’t recommend KCM enough. Going to Turkey was never on my radar, but from recommendations from people about Poland, I can see why people travel here. Surgery in the UK is very expensive but KCM made it possible. Thank you all so much ❤️

Just flew back from the UK at the weekend without so much as a whimper thanks to Seamus’s excellent work - that was my second trip so I’m very confident the treatment has worked. I fly regularly with work and it was becoming more and more of a challenge to deal with the fear and anxiety before and particularly during the flight. I’m a different person now when it comes to flying - nerves no longer an issue. I’ll still listen to the session in advance of further flights but that’s just to reinforce the happy thoughts. Thanks again Seamus it’s made such a difference.

Been using Arora’s products for my skin and hair. I had partial knee replacement surgery on the 22nd May 2025. Was admitted to the orthopaedic ward the day prior to surgery and in total spent six nights as an inpatient. The ward was clean and modern with an ensuite in the room. The nursing and ancillary staff were wonderful The nursing staff were professional but also warm and caring. Pain management was a priority for them. Any pain issues were immediately addressed. I have nothing negative to say about my time there. Payment was easy before my discharge A prescription was issued for all medications I needed for the following week post-discharge Overall, I am very happy to have had my surgery at Vita. I would recommend this hospital for anything orthopaedic
