I needed a GP to sign my fitness to practice form for the NMC therefore, I booked a consultation with Dr Kizilates. I received an immediate response on the telephone, it was easy to find the soonest appointment possible, and on the day of the visit, all staff were kind and professional.

I was feeling unwell but with inconclusive symptoms. I was able to get an appointment on the day, the Doctor took me in exactly at the time of my appointment. She dully suggested a blood test which was done on the day and gave clarity on the disease. I was sent an email on the same day with the results and a follow-up email later. Very professional and knowledgeable.

We were on vacation in London and we took our daughter to this clinic as walk-in patients. The receptionists were very welcoming explaining their services and fees. We filled out a brief form and within minutes we were sitting with a doctor explaining the symptoms and getting examined by her and then she issued us medication with a list of suggestions.

The doctor was also kind enough to email us in 2 days to check on the progress. Very good and convenient medical service for a tourist, and very caring staff.

During a business trip to London I had visited the clinic after suffering with severe throat infection, fever and weakness. The ease of getting an appointment to visit almost within an hour or couple of hours is such a blessing when in dire need. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

I am from Australia on a 60-day holiday in the UK. The surgery is only 200 metres from my rented unit, so it was the obvious choice for me. I was not disappointed. The Check-in computer interface was easy and relevant. The doctor was pleasant and professional. The service was excellent, medical diagnosis accurate, with a 100% positive prescription.

The fee for services rendered was extremely reasonable. I am in my late 70s and it was somewhat comforting to know there is a place that would care for me if my health took a downward turn whilst I am away from home.

Thanks to prompt diagnosis and quick referral by samedaydoctor, I was able to get immediate treatment for a potentially life-threatening level of anaemia that had gone unnoticed.
