Dr Gurpreet Gill is brilliant! She has been our private go-to GP/family doctor for more than 5 years now, and we are always grateful for her care. Knowledge, accessibility, attitude and compassion, 10/10 across the board. There is an efficient admin team to support as well and that further contributes to the experience.

I had a low level chest infection then for some reason it burst into a serious chest infection. Coughing all the time and it was not going away.
I called into the clinic, lunchtime on Saturday, and I asked if I could see a doctor. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and said there would be about a 45-minute wait. I sat down and completed the registration form.
Sure enough, on time, I saw the Dr.
Extremely professional and did all the checks possible on me. I received some medication and a further prescription.
Absolutely wonderful service, and I can fully recommend it.

Our son was initially diagnosed over the phone by his usual NHS GP, who prescribed antibiotics without bothering to order any tests to confirm the diagnosis. His condition did not improve and he needed to be seen in person urgently, which his GP was not able to offer (as usual).

I contacted Samedaydoctor and was given an urgent appointment for 2 hours later with the wonderful Dr Gill. She went over and beyond to properly examine and diagnose our son, assist and advise us with decisions and arrangements to get him to the hospital and check in with us daily regarding his progress. Honestly, we cannot speak highly enough of Dr Gill and we are so grateful to her for all her help.

I can positively recommend Samedaydoctor. My visit was of a recommendation from a friend. The Doctor that examined was pleasant as was the reception staff.

So if any one is moving to Europe visit and obtain the Medical report you will need.The cost of the report “Non Contagious” was reasonable. The premises are clean.

I got an appointment quickly, did not have to wait when I arrived, the staff were friendly. The Doctor was great. She took the time to gather my history, and listen to me. I was very happy with the treatment I received.

I made an appointment online and received a response within minutes of my request. Was able to see the Doctor on the same day as advertised. They have an extremely professional administration team. Dr Gill was so professional, efficient and effective. Her bedside manner is exemplary. The practice also did an electronic follow-up to check if my health was improving. I was very impressed and appreciated the gesture. Very rare to find care of the class. Will definitely be using them again in future. In my opinion a trusted GP practice.
