We went up to Norfolk to visit family for Christmas, and I developed bronchitis on Christmas Eve. So I wasn't able to get help until I returned to Canary Wharf after Boxing Day. What a relief to find Samedaydoctor, a clinic with great reviews on my doorstep there. I saw the advanced nurse practitioner, who was friendly, caring, and professional. As an added benefit, she was able to provide the prescription medicine needed on the spot, so I didn't have to go to a pharmacy. Unquestionably, Samedaydoctor offered me great value and convenience, since I live abroad most of the time and would have had to pay wherever I obtained treatment in the UK. But I would also recommend it to current UK residents needing urgent care.

Absolutely superb from consultation to procedure. Communication was clear and very helpful. I can’t fault my experience and would happily recommend to anyone. I had a mole removed and the treatment was first class and not over priced. Would happily go back if I needed anything else done. I chose the clinic as it had a great reputation and the price was very fair. They did exactly what they promised and I was more than happy with their service.

I managed to get an appointment within a few days and the doctor was very professional and reassuring. I am in the middle of treatment (prescriptions) and am having a follow-up in the next few days. This has been a godsend when NHS waiting times are too long to cope with an ENT problem for. I found the price extremely reasonable and to include the consultation, exams, and follow-up in the price is excellent.
