I was feeling unwell but with inconclusive symptoms. I was able to get an appointment on the day, the Doctor took me in exactly at the time of my appointment. She dully suggested a blood test which was done on the day and gave clarity on the disease. I was sent an email on the same day with the results and a follow-up email later. Very professional and knowledgeable.

The receptionist was exceptionally warm, friendly, and courteous. On the day of the appointment, my first in-person contact with the staff, I was immediately put at ease. The doctor was warm, friendly, and informal in his manner, which was both reassuring and confidence-inspiring. He patiently talked me through the options available, and performed the surgical procedure with the utmost precision and professionalism—to my untrained eye, anyway! I don't suffer from the so-called 'white coat' syndrome. But, if I did, the nurse would have dispelled it with her friendly banter! I highly recommend Thornhill Clinic. They ticked all the boxes for me.

My enquiry was answered promptly and I was offered an appointment the very next day. I was seen on time. The staff were pleasant and kind. The examination was thorough. Treatment (cryotherapy) was delivered efficiently (still a bit early to judge results but going well so far) and price was fair and reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend - in fact, I already have done - or to return for further consultation/treatment should that be necessary at any future time.

I managed to get an appointment within a few days and the doctor was very professional and reassuring. I am in the middle of treatment (prescriptions) and am having a follow-up in the next few days. This has been a godsend when NHS waiting times are too long to cope with an ENT problem for. I found the price extremely reasonable and to include the consultation, exams, and follow-up in the price is excellent.
