I recently had an incredible experience with Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir and the team at Koru Private Hospital. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The professionalism and care I received exceeded my expectations, making this a truly positive and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. I went to Bodywell because I’d been dealing with a nagging shoulder pain that wouldn’t go away. It was starting to mess with my sleep and daily activities. After a couple of sessions with Dr. Christian, I noticed a huge improvement. The pain eased up, and I could move my shoulder without that constant stiffness. Dr. Christian really listened and made sure I understood what was causing the issue. The whole experience was super positive, and I’m finally getting good sleep again. I highly recommend them!

I had labiaplasty with Mr Masood one week ago. I was very anxious and frightened to get this procedure right as I have been emotionally battling with this for years. I was extremely unhappy with appearance down below which affected my life in so many aspects. Mr Masood kindly had a second consultation with me to go through my concerns...again! This in itself spoke volumes to me. I booked my surgery and honestly I was looked after so well. The nurse Ann was so kind and soothing. She eased my mind the whole way. Most of all, she understood and heard me. Mr Masood took his time and talked me through stages as he went on. Which was great. He is a quiet gentleman and I felt very safe. I am thrilled with my results already. I have followed his instructions to the mark. I emailed him some pictures just to check things were going ok. He emailed back straight away. It is so reassuring knowing he is so accessible. I'm so excited to see my end result months down the line. Thank you, Mr Masood, you saved me.

I have been a patient of Maria on and off over the last few years. The care I have recieved from Maria and the clinic staff has been excellent. Nothing is ever too much for them when dealing with someone suffering chronic lower back pain. They are always very supportive and understanding and will always accomodate me whenever I am in need of an appointment. This clinic is value for money. Morning I hurt my back by pushing my mum in a wheelchair. I was trying to get her wheelchair up the payment and mum did a side to side to try and help me I fell over her. Went to see this lovely lady and after I treated that the I could walk upright again. She is kind and caring and is so understanding. Can't thank her enough.

My wife went to the Vita hospital for a full knee replacement. The experience was professional and caring. The surgical skill of Dr Chenkov was second to none. The hospital team worked together well. Our English-speaking liaison Kaloyan was outstanding. Every email and phone call was responded to and acted upon immediately and his checking on my wife was appreciated. Overall a very professional hospital in Sofia Bulgaria. We wouldn't hesitate to use Vita Hospital again if needed. P and J Cartwright
