I am so thankful that I found Dr Ebru Unal after searching for weeks. Despite the differences in time zone, she provided fast and very timely responses. She took the time necessary to answer all of my questions and concerns in a thorough manner. I did not feel like she was rushing me in any way throughout this process. She did great working with my schedule as well. I made it there on the 26th; met her on the 27th and had all of my pre-op lab work done, and then had my surgery (Vaginoplasty and fat transfer) on the 28th. From the moment I met her, I knew I was in good hands. I did not feel nervous or anxious, and she made sure the recovery process was as comfortable as a surgical recovery could be. I also had my first treatment for wrinkles and Profhilo injections done by Dr Ebru and am loving the results! Her professionalism and care are top of the line. I am very pleased and satisfied with her work.

I had partial knee replacement surgery on the 22nd May 2025. Was admitted to the orthopaedic ward the day prior to surgery and in total spent six nights as an inpatient. The ward was clean and modern with an ensuite in the room. The nursing and ancillary staff were wonderful The nursing staff were professional but also warm and caring. Pain management was a priority for them. Any pain issues were immediately addressed. I have nothing negative to say about my time there. Payment was easy before my discharge A prescription was issued for all medications I needed for the following week post-discharge Overall, I am very happy to have had my surgery at Vita. I would recommend this hospital for anything orthopaedic
