I visited Carolina Medical Center as a health care tourist from the UK. Given the long UK National Health Service waiting times for treatment, and the high price of private treatment as an alternative, Carolina Medical Center offered immediate attention at a very competitive price. I was very happy with their excellent service. After booking an MRI for my painful shoulder, and an examination by an orthopaedic surgeon who recommended some x-rays that were completed immediately as well as the MRI, I got the diagnosis I needed and a treatment plan. I was struck by their efficiency. My initial inquiry by email and subsequent appointment were very promptly managed by their Medical Tourism Specialist. Once at the Center, I was seen punctually. And I was impressed by their professionalism: an unhurried and very respectful approach from the surgeon who answered all my questions. It is well worth the trip to Warsaw. And for UK medical tourists like me, everybody I encountered spoke English adequately enough so that there weren't any communication problems. I highly recommend!

Dr Aysel’s clinic is lovely and welcoming. She was really thorough with my exam and talked me through everything. She made sure I understood everything, as I am English. She made sure I was happy with everything before we went ahead with the surgery. Thank you for helping me and my partner have another child.

I had a labiaplasty after putting it off for years. I did a lot of research and chose the Oakdin Clinic. Great service from everyone- Dr Masood was very good in the initial consultation. He really knows his stuff and answered any questions I had. The day of the operation I was really nervous. I went in and Ann, the nurse was super amazing! She was with me the whole time, putting me at ease, chatting, keeping me updated with what was happening etc. Afterwards she gave me a cup of tea and a biscuit. I am originally from Australia so only have a few people I know in England, so it really made a difference having someone as friendly as Ann with me during the operation. I was quite sore that night and the first day. A friend was staying with me and looking after me, which I really recommend having someone there with you for the first couple of days post-op. I have no regrets and no hesitation in recommending Oakdin Clinic.

Mr Masood is amazing felt comfortable with him from the start and knew I was in safe hands. He is brilliant at his job and very kind to his patients-listens to what you want and definitely can change your life he has mine. Thanks so much.

The clinic got me in quickly for digestive issues and the specialist prescribed pills that helped immediately, so I am grateful for that. I had blood and stool tests done and it took a week and a half of me pestering to get the results by email. I received no explanation from the doctor about my results, nor a treatment plan. My question about how long I should take the medicines was never answered. The lab tests were inexpensive, though, and the nurses were professional and kind to me, as were the office staff. The doctor spoke English well and seemed very knowledgeable. If I were in Bucharest longer I could have pressed for follow up appointments. So, I have mixed feelings about this clinic.

I went here today to have a series of blood tests done. I was given a very good quote while shopping around online in the UK and made an appointment to coincide with my holiday in Antalya. From the receptionist to Dr Hatice Habibi to the nurse who took my blood, I was treated with courtesy & respect & I was particularly impressed with the skill of the nurse who took my blood. I felt nothing & it was done in 3 seconds! Overall, a very positive experience.

Lisa is very professional and knowledgeable and explains everything first which leaves you feeling relaxed and comfortable. I had an early pregnancy scan here and everything went well. The friendly and caring welcome put us at ease from the beginning and the service was extremely professional, calming and hygienic. Dr Michal was very informative and gave great advice. I would recommend it over others I have been to in the area.

My wife went to the Vita hospital for a full knee replacement. The experience was professional and caring. The surgical skill of Dr Chenkov was second to none. The hospital team worked together well. Our English-speaking liaison Kaloyan was outstanding. Every email and phone call was responded to and acted upon immediately and his checking on my wife was appreciated. I managed to get an appointment within a few days and the doctor was very professional and reassuring. I am in the middle of treatment (prescriptions) and am having a follow-up in the next few days. This has been a godsend when NHS waiting times are too long to cope with an ENT problem for. I found the price extremely reasonable and to include the consultation, exams, and follow-up in the price is excellent.
