His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. I had cryotherapy for two prominent skin tags on my neck. The treatment was quick, with only minor stinging from the freezing. The clinic is small, neat and very clean. The receptionist and nurse were delightful. Although the treatment seemed expensive, it was worth it to me, and I would trust that it is fairly costed out given overheads, salaries, equipment, and rental. This type of treatment is no longer done on the NHS by one’s GP, and this clinic was easy for me to get to.

My wife went to the Vita hospital for a full knee replacement. The experience was professional and caring. The surgical skill of Dr Chenkov was second to none. The hospital team worked together well. Our English-speaking liaison Kaloyan was outstanding. Every email and phone call was responded to and acted upon immediately and his checking on my wife was appreciated. Overall a very professional hospital in Sofia Bulgaria. We wouldn't hesitate to use Vita Hospital again if needed. P and J Cartwright
