I had an excellent experience. A facial cyst, present for eight to nine months, was successfully treated. The procedure, performed by Paula, was virtually painless. However, I do have a high pain tolerance. Although three sessions were anticipated, the cyst resolved after a single treatment. I am extremely satisfied and will return for treatment of another cyst. The procedure minimized scarring, a critical factor given the facial location. The overall experience was exceptional, and I will exclusively utilize this dermatologist's services in the future. Pricing was reasonable; however, the significant improvement in my confidence, facilitated by Paula, is invaluable.

I Googled a dermatologist that deals with removal of skin tags. I chose Dr Pattichis as she had good reviews & had a kind face. The clinic contacted me the very next day & within 2 days I got an appointment for a consultation. I attended my consultation which was easy to find with easy parking & to my delight Dr Pattichis was able to remove on the same day several skin tags around my armpits & some moles. The whole experience was done with professionalism from the receptionist Sofia, Youlia the clinic manager & of course Dr Pattichis herself. The clinic was clean & modern with refreshments & delicious snacks at reception. I would definitely recommend & return if needs be.

I had partial knee replacement surgery on the 22nd May 2025. Was admitted to the orthopaedic ward the day prior to surgery and in total spent six nights as an inpatient. The ward was clean and modern with an ensuite in the room. The nursing and ancillary staff were wonderful The nursing staff were professional but also warm and caring. Pain management was a priority for them. Any pain issues were immediately addressed. I have nothing negative to say about my time there. Payment was easy before my discharge A prescription was issued for all medications I needed for the following week post-discharge Overall, I am very happy to have had my surgery at Vita. I would recommend this hospital for anything orthopaedic
