The receptionist was polite as well as organised. The surgeon explained clearly what he was going to do (to remove 2 moles) and the surgery was done promptly, painlessly and without any fuss. Very pleased with everything

The doctor was on time. The clinic was extremely clean. She was very professional, thorough and caring. Highly recommend. Only thing I can suggest is some kind of numbing agent because of the pain during the procedure afterwards everything went great.

The staff is very courteous and polite and the environment very pleasant. The Doctor is amazing, she is really proud of what she does and the results of her happy customers. I went there to treat hyperpigmentation issues and she used her specialized machinery to measure the damage on my skin and how deep the hyperpigmentation was in different areas of the skin. She put together a customized treatment to treat each part. I am looking forward to going back for my second treatment.

My wife went to the Vita hospital for a full knee replacement. The experience was professional and caring. The surgical skill of Dr Chenkov was second to none. The hospital team worked together well. Our English-speaking liaison Kaloyan was outstanding. Every email and phone call was responded to and acted upon immediately and his checking on my wife was appreciated.
