Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I was looking for a dual mobility implant to help prevent dislocation and keep stability. This kind of implant is for people sports minded. They offer me an implant from top level -Stryker MDMx3 for my both sides. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Again, thank you to Patryk from International Patients Department and Cris for looking after me and the paperwork. All documentation needed has been filled out quickly without hassle. I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.

I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. Rabia has perfect English and the nurses as well as the hotel staff were competent enough in English to help me. I would definitely recommend this team and Aurea Heath Group.

I had the best treatment and I will recommend it 100%. I have received the best care when I was at the hospital. The surgeon and the hospital team were very friendly, they were looking after me and checking on me at all times. The procedure went very well I did not have any pain post-op. Overall I’m very satisfied with the results.
