His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. I needed a lesion on my forearm removed. Having located Thornhill Clinic in a brief online search, I submitted an enquiry form, which elicited a speedy response. The receptionist was exceptionally warm, friendly, and courteous. On the day of the appointment, my first in-person contact with the staff, I was immediately put at ease. The doctor was warm, friendly, and informal in his manner, which was both reassuring and confidence-inspiring. He patiently talked me through the options available, and performed the surgical procedure with the utmost precision and professionalism—to my untrained eye, anyway! I don't suffer from the so-called 'white coat' syndrome. But, if I did, the nurse would have dispelled it with her friendly banter! I highly recommend Thornhill Clinic. They ticked all the boxes for me.

I had partial knee replacement surgery on the 22nd May 2025. Was admitted to the orthopaedic ward the day prior to surgery and in total spent six nights as an inpatient. The ward was clean and modern with an ensuite in the room. The nursing and ancillary staff were wonderful The nursing staff were professional but also warm and caring. Pain management was a priority for them. Any pain issues were immediately addressed. I have nothing negative to say about my time there. Payment was easy before my discharge A prescription was issued for all medications I needed for the following week post-discharge Overall, I am very happy to have had my surgery at Vita. I would recommend this hospital for anything orthopaedic
