I needed a lesion on my forearm removed. Having located Thornhill Clinic in a brief online search, I submitted an enquiry form, which elicited a speedy response. The receptionist was exceptionally warm, friendly, and courteous. On the day of the appointment, my first in-person contact with the staff, I was immediately put at ease. The doctor was warm, friendly, and informal in his manner, which was both reassuring and confidence-inspiring. He patiently talked me through the options available, and performed the surgical procedure with the utmost precision and professionalism—to my untrained eye, anyway! I don't suffer from the so-called 'white coat' syndrome. But, if I did, the nurse would have dispelled it with her friendly banter! I highly recommend Thornhill Clinic. They ticked all the boxes for me.

I work in Central London, so the location and flexibility of this clinic were great. I went to them to have a wart on my hand removed. They were fine, and I had no issues. More than happy with the results after just one treatment. The procedure is relatively painless. They just freeze your hand and everything is over in 10 minutes. I was offered follow-up treatment but didn’t go back. I’ll need several more sessions to get rid of the wart completely, and I don’t think it’ll still be value for money if I return.

Dr Bazeos was excellent from pre-surgery to post-surgery. Extremely professional, great bedside manner, caring and thorough. We could not have asked for a better surgeon. The surgery went better than expected and the recovery is going well too. Feeling very grateful to have found Dr Bazeos, highly recommend it.

Leah did a lazer treatment on my face and neck, and cool freezing. Also micro derma action. Dr Berry gives me prophilo which is incredible. Great clinic, professional and friendly.

I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.

My wife went to the Vita hospital for a full knee replacement. The experience was professional and caring. The surgical skill of Dr Chenkov was second to none. The hospital team worked together well. Our English-speaking liaison Kaloyan was outstanding. Every email and phone call was responded to and acted upon immediately and his checking on my wife was appreciated. Had blocked left ear for a while and went to my GP and saw a nurse who said I needed micro suction. I chose The Nurse Clinic as it was local and upon just looking at my ear she said I had an infection. I was surprised as I was not told this by the nurse I saw at my GP. The nurse at this clinic was excellent and very thorough. She examined my ear and explained in great detail. I even got to see my ear on TV! I would highly recommend this clinic. My husband has had years of ear problems and he also was exposed problems so I told him to go and he had an appointment the next day. Very impressed he was.
