Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. I cannot say enough about Dr. Sam. After years of discomfort and embarrassment due to phimosis, I finally decided to get it resolved via circumcision. Like most men, the idea of having that type of surgery was worrying, to say the least, but I could not have chosen a better clinic to go to. From the initial consultation, Dr. Sam gave me incredible advice, outlining the various options and outcomes, and provided all of the important information that I needed to make my decision. He made every step completely straightforward and was on hand for any and all questions that I had before and after the procedure. Naturally, on the day of the surgery, I was quite nervous, but I had no reason to be. The procedure was 100% pain-free, and I was sitting up having coffee before I knew it! (Great coffee by the way!). I'm 2 weeks post-op, and the recovery has been a breeze. I have already recommended Dr. Sam to a few other people who are looking to have the same procedure done, and will continue to recommend him due to the amazing results and professionalism of all the staff. You've given me back my confidence, Dr. Sam, and I cannot thank you enough!

Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. My plastic surgeon was fantastic, he made me calm and not stressed. I am more than happy with my tummy result, it was my dream for many years. Finally it came true with this amazing team. I had partial knee replacement surgery on the 22nd May 2025. Was admitted to the orthopaedic ward the day prior to surgery and in total spent six nights as an inpatient. The ward was clean and modern with an ensuite in the room. The nursing and ancillary staff were wonderful The nursing staff were professional but also warm and caring. Pain management was a priority for them. Any pain issues were immediately addressed. I have nothing negative to say about my time there. Payment was easy before my discharge A prescription was issued for all medications I needed for the following week post-discharge Overall, I am very happy to have had my surgery at Vita. I would recommend this hospital for anything orthopaedic

Lovely staff who are kind and respectful. Dr Eccles is a kind and caring doctor who is extremely knowledgeable. Would most definitely recommend this clinic.
