I went to my local dentist on the same day and my pain was dismissed as sensitivity so, I endured the extreme pain and nausea for another 10 days before contacting Joyce at A Plus on a Friday afternoon. She was very kind and accommodating and fit me into their busy Saturday clinic as an emergency case. Every concern I had was listened to and answered by the doctor, with Joyce there to translate and help. I felt I was very well looked after by the doctor and all the staff too. The dentist empathised with my situation and fit me with a temporary crown that same day when I returned for the permanent setting the following week. I am very grateful for being treated with such a high level of care during this very painful and stressful time. I cannot commend the team enough for their high degree of professionalism and care.
