I had an excellent experience with Dr. Luis and his team. They are not only highly professional but also incredibly humble and genuinely willing to assist in any way possible. Dr. Luis was grounded, thorough, and highly communicative, explaining every step of the procedure in detail, which gave me great confidence. Although this was my first time visiting Mexico for dental work, Itzhak handled everything seamlessly. From his initial email to the moment I walked out of the clinic yesterday evening, he made sure everything was smooth and stress-free with a friendly and professional approach. I highly recommend their services. In the past, I received a crown from another country (which I won’t name), and unfortunately, the quality was poor—it actually fell off within a year when I bit into chocolate! But my experience with Dental 3 Smiles was completely different. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received, and I truly hope I can share their quality with others by sending them more customers.

everything went well. only it was very painful and it hurt for a long time after the implant was installed and then the crown. I don't know if it's related to the doctor or if it's just me. nevertheless, now I have a tooth and I'm grateful that they always took me in on time, and tried to be polite and tactful. I don't remember the doctor's name, but I think it was Janet. and special thanks to Irada, who held my hand when I was very scared. it's just nice to even look at her) They were also always in touch and answered questions.

What an amazing dentist, Ruken, and the receptionists are so helpful and understanding. Had 23 veneers—what a transformation. The dentists are so professional, spot on for cleanliness, and looked after me for 6 days. Lovely, genuine people. Got to be the best practice in Marmaris, even, I'd say, Turkey. I can't say enough about these folks. On-time, within budget, excellent service and I have the best teeth I could ever ask for!! The cost was very reasonable, the experience was the best it could be and I am so happy with my new teeth, I just can't stop smiling!!! The process was easy, too. Jumped on a plane, and there was a driver waiting for me at the airport (on a Sunday!) who took me to my hotel. Monday I was in the chair, and by Friday I had fantastic teeth. I had lots of time available to explore Costa Rica. All in all, this was a fantastic process, I would recommend Prisma Dental to any one, even my Mom! :)

I arrived at the clinic on Sept 28th 24. I received a professional welcome and the staff were lovely. I was quoted in the UK via WhatsApp before I travelled and there were no hidden costs. State-of-the-art equipment. I had a replacement crown and I was expecting an awful gum impression to be placed in my mouth and was dreading that horrid feeling. But no...there was a a plastic wand that scanned your mouth transporting 3d images of your teeth to a screen in front of you. I returned 3 days later for my prepared crown to be fitted. So easy!!! I also had my two front teeth composite bonded for a fraction of the price in the UK. The work was completed with no discomfort and the technicians were very precise, not finishing until they were entirely I will be returning next year for more work. Thank you to all the team. You were all amazing!! 🥰🥰🥰
