Chipped my front tooth during a vacation in Guanacaste. I contacted Dr. Diego at 10am Wednesday morning and he had me booked in later that day at 2pm. Other dentists I contacted said they couldn’t assess the tooth until the next week. Dr. Diego understood the urgency in my situation and made room for me in his schedule right away and I’m truly thankful. From the moment I walked into Dr.Diego’s office, I felt at ease. He walked me through exactly what was needed and gave his professional advice. He fixed my tooth painlessly and professionally. Since my experience was incredibly seamless and professional, I decided to book Dr.Diego to complete a full crown for me (which I had been delaying on in Canada). Excellent gum graft surgeon and surgery process. I am so pleased with the results. I was scared going into surgery (what if it didn't take?), but the doctor made me feel at ease and did a masterpiece with the gum graft, even without an assistant! (there was an emergency she had to take care of). I decided to get the surgery in CR in between many travel plans, and surprisingly, many friends were wary of my decision until they saw how beautifully it's all healed. Post care is also very important. I bought the recommended products, didn't need pain meds, had daily protein shakes, and cleaned after every meal with loving care. 10/10
