Had orthodontic treatment as an adult patient by Dr Rahman. I was in hesitation whether to start this treatment at this stage of age. Anyway, I was motivated by Dr Rahman and finally I believe I took right decision and I got my smile back. His dealing with patients is excellent and felt smooth all the way. Highly supportive and caring to patients.
An update on my previous review is that I stayed longer in Thessaloniki to complete the root canal treatments and crowns. Totally painless in the expert hands of Dr Besas. He takes time to explain procedures and is so calming and reassuring throughout the dental treatment. I also have a complex implant to be done in a couple of months and as Dr Besas is a specialist dental surgeon in this field, I absolutely have no concerns whatsoever in this regard and I'll definitely be travelling back to Thessaloniki for this. Also, you will be very pleasantly surprised by costing compared to UK! Special mention is the dental nurse is also fantastic, calming, and professional. Highly recommend!
Professional, polite and gentle. They are very well organized from the beginning to work. They did a complete work to me, extractions like 24, then bone addition and 12 implants. The temporary teeth were just perfect till now, I’m very satisfied. I’ll be back in a few days for the final tooth’s. Excellent service!! Very reputable people. All the team there are board-certified and college professors. I started my braces at age 40. I have always been repelled by the look of metal chunks on top of the teeth. Instead they offered me very tiny braces that they placed behind the teeth. None, even my family noticed their appearance. Six month into the treatment, they switched me to a removable appliance called Aligners. I was done in a year and I LOVE my teeth now. No more insecurities over my pervious over bite. I paid half the price I was gonna pay on veneers and my smile is 100٪ natural. They are very professional, they use high tech machines to alleviate the pain of the teeth sensitivity. They never took risk when it comes to my teeth. They made panoramic x rays before, during and after the treatment. They were very cautious and always followed up after each session. I would totally recommend this office to anyone with any dental problem.

I had flown from Canada to have dental work at another Dental agency. But on my first visit there they had raised their price by 5x and required 2 return visits. I felt like I was being manipulated and cheated. I had heard about Tracey’s from a third party and not knowing what else to do I came to you. Alex met me at the front desk and I quickly found out that he organizes everything. Dr. Josua immediately took me into his office and did a careful consultation. In the 3 days I had left in Algodones, he did a major amount of work including dental surgery with 2 implants with sinus lifts. He was gentle, and kind, and made me feel like I could trust him. I found out later that he is not only a great dentist but a professor at 3 universities teaching dentistry. He is probably the most qualified dentist in Algodones. And yet very non-assuming. And when we were ready to leave, we needed a ride to the other side of the border to meet our transportation to Yuma. Marcela Tracey, the owner of Tracey’s Dental offered to drive us not only to the border, but she drove us through customs and to the other side making it so much easier for us with our luggage. She and her daughter are very kind and accommodating. Several days later I had developed an infection on the side where the implants were. I contacted Marcela and she immediately conferred with Dr Josua and advised me exactly what I needed to do. I followed their advice and everything cleared up. I know that they care about me. Not just my business. And that means everything. This is very rare no matter what country you are in. If you are looking for a dental office that is fair in its pricing, qualified and has caring staff I would recommend Tracey’s Dental.
