Recently changed to Shepshed Dental Practice and am very pleased with everyone there, you feel so at home when there. Had two appointments in the last two weeks lasting over an hour each time as there is lots of work to do, due to me not attending a dentist for some time since before COVID. But I feel so pleased that my wife and I decided to choose them. They let you see pictures of every tooth before and after the treatment and advise what will need to watch out for if you require the work (no pressure). So extremely happy with our choice. I was referred to Dr McCourt for complex dental extraction and implant. Despite this, the extraction was painless! Due to the complexity of my situation, the implant treatment was prolonged as I needed a graft. Apparently, this is not usual. Normally only takes a couple of months. However, Dr McCourt brought me in several times for review and to ensure all was going well. I was very confident in him. A year later, I attended for the implant (last June) and was quite nervous and to be honest I didn't feel a thing. Dr McCourt is the consummate professional. He ensured I was fully informed at all stages. There is an air of calmness about the practice, which is very person/client-centred. Communication is excellent, all the staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. I cannot recommend Dr McCourt's practice highly enough. Excellent!
