A pleasant experience with charming receptionists. A highly efficient dentist who explained everything as he carried out his work.

Mr Morgan was recommended to me after I was unhappy with the advice given by 2 other dental practices. I was therefore quite nervous about the outcome. Mr Morgan was very friendly and put me at my ease. I needed a loose tooth out that was preventing my denture from fitting. The extraction was painless and I had no bruising or tenderness at all. My denture now fits perfectly. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Mr Morgan. The girls on the phone were also very friendly and approachable.

It was quite excellent and totally pain-free. Overall a very good experience.

Had a full set of upper dentures fitted by Michael. what can I say, after visiting many private dental practices and still not finding the right fit/appearance Michael understood my needs and took the time to listen to how the lack of teeth affected my life. The staff as a whole are kind, polite and hardworking. Such a lovely atmosphere too. If you are looking for amazing dentures at a far lower price than every other private dentist, then this is the practice to contact. Thank you all once again.

I was on the hospital waiting list for extraction for too long to wait so contacted Roseville who saw me within days. I saw Helena who was so brilliant and had the extraction the following week. She was amazing explained everything so well and my treatment was painless. I cannot speak highly enough of the practice. Thank you.

I received an emergency appointment extremely quickly! I was so grateful as I was in so much pain. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and assured my pain would be sorted. I wasn’t pressured into signing up for a monthly subscription but instead, I was informed of the benefits. I was not made to feel like they were trying to win a sale but instead caring for my health. I now have no pain and know where I will go if I need any further dental treatment.

I had an appointment with Hema, she was absolutely amazing. I was very nervous but she made me feel calmer and relaxed. As a child in the, I was traumatised by my experiences at the hands of the school dental service which I carried through into my adult life. After suffering from years of pain through various issues with my teeth, I plucked up courage to contact Ferndale House Dental Practice to make an appointment. My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. I can't recommend them highly enough

I am terrified of Dentists and hence, delaying is my way of putting off the visits till it becomes very necessary. My visit last Friday at the Shine Dental - Mansfield Business Park, Four Marks, Medstead, Alton was a good comforting experience. It is a very welcoming clinic. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nikki, the hygienist was very good and gave me good advice to help me for the future care, I need to do. Thank you to everyone.

I booked an emergency appointment and was so relieved to be seen so quickly! I saw Dr Farzad who was amazing (I am a nervous patient). He extracted my tooth under sedation and I’m now in discussions to proceed with implant treatment. The practice has a charming and friendly atmosphere, making the experience as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of excellent dental care!
