Andrew House Dental Practice

I recently had an extraction here which could well have been difficult, but the lovely dentist got my tooth out in one go and my mouth is healing nicely.

The dental care here is second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending this practice, especially to nervous patients.

I recently changed Dentists and joined Andrew House. I am very pleased with all aspects of my care so far.
I recently attended my second Hygiene visit and was pleased to hear of some improvement.

Part of the reason I moved was the discomfort I experienced following a scale and polish.
At AH you get taught how to use toothbrushes and Interdental brushes properly.
I would recommend and I am a nervous patient.

I saw a new dentist.

They were very friendly and thorough with me and my daughter.

I had to sadly have a tooth removed and I am also on Anticoagulants. Iram explained the procedure and carried it out efficiently, small amount of bleeding but the pad soon stopped it.

I was even given spare pads in case it started to bleed again along with care instructions afterwards, bit sore in the evening but amazingly just a dull ache the next day. There is no need for painkillers which is a bonus as I hate taking them.

All in all, a very good experience and I for one would not worry about anything Iram does she is first-class at her job. The surgeon even rang me in the morning to make sure I was OK and to reassure me if I had any problems to call them straight away.

I had my first ever filling today at 52 years old, and I was nervous.

I have been with Andrew House for over 3 years now and I would recommend them for their professionalism and friendliness.

However, I was pleasantly reassured by Iram and her team for taking the time to explain all the steps in the procedure to me.

Patient at this practice for 57 years. Attended for my 6-month check-up, scale and polish. It is costly, but I trust the dentist I see.

Like everything at the moment, prices are rocketing. We had an examination each, my wife an extraction me a large filling and a half-hour hygienist appointment.

The quality of care is phenomenal but for these prices, you should expect that to be the case. But what price do you put on having your own teeth as you get older?

The reception staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Again for these prices that’s what you should expect. If you can afford to pay them then you should go because the Practice is pretty much as good as it gets.

I have been associated with the Practice since a child in the 1950s.

In between appointments for routine examinations, I was unexpectedly confronted with a recent situation requiring a quick appointment, which was given to me with a minimum of delay.

The dental examination revealed that an upper tooth required the fitting of a crown and the reason for that recommendation was discussed with me in a clear and concise manner.

I am very satisfied with the treatment received.

Over a series of three appointments, each stage of the treatment, which was carried out in a caring and compassionate manner, was explained to me in considerable detail.

Care was taken to ensure that the crown was correctly adjusted and comfortable.

We were at this practice for years before moving away and trying others. Now we’re back, driving an hour each way to get here because it is simply the best.
