At 77, I can honestly say I’ve just had the best filling ever! The whole experience was excellent—calm, painless, and professional. There was no discomfort afterwards, no numbness, and no pain. I even received a picture of the tooth before and after the procedure. This is a 110% satisfaction rating from me!

Words can not describe how grateful I am for Dr Syed Shah & Dental Assistant Mira yesterday!! Initially, I only booked a 20-minute consultation to assess my severe pain in my tooth/gums. I was their very last client of the day at 5.10 pm. After a thorough check, they discovered I required root canal treatment. What made the situation worse is that I had flights booked to Australia the very next day, as I plan to migrate there permanently. They both went above and beyond to get me prepared for that flight, and decided to work very late until 8 pm to relieve my pain. It took longer than expected as I was struggling with the pain and was making their job so much harder. They were extremely patient with me and did a fantastic job. I am truly grateful for their compassion, professionalism & understanding of my difficult timing/requests. I've been a long-time customer of Dr Shah for almost 5 years, had Invisalign through him and other essential treatments for my teeth. Dr Shah & Mira, thank you so much for helping me move forward, pain-free, with this next chapter in life. (I also tried to give them a tip to thank them for their hard work, but they wouldn't take it. If the reception staff could please email me about this, as id like to still do this for them.) I have had several visits due to breaking a cap on one of my teeth. The practice was so supportive of the work completed, and now all is well Nadia and Emily are excellent, so calm and so professional Barming is excellent, and the staff is brilliant

I have been a patient since June 2018. I arrived very nervous and embarrassed about my teeth . I was put at ease by Nina who came highly recommended by my own dentist . My teeth were a product of the 70s dentistry and had become more jumbled over the years, causing so many gum infections that I was in danger of losing them . Nina came up with a treatment plan , she was reassuring and confident that my teeth could become untangled ! I had braces top and later bottom , teeth removed to make room for movement all the while Nina and her nursing staff were kind and concerned for my well being . I also had a very long gum which Nina also corrected for me without surgery - something i had previously been told was not possible. I was introduced to karon the amazing hygienist who kept my teeth in check with advice and guidance. All my appointments were confirmed by the lovely Sarah who was always so warm, friendly and helpful along with the lovely reception team who were brilliant at getting me appointments that fitted around my work schedule. My treatment with Nina came to an end and my teeth were perfectly straight for the first time ever and Nina had to give me exercises in how to smile - all previous photos of me I have my hand over my mouth ! I have just had composite bonding and a crown replaced by Farhad, both himself and Nina were meticulous in their work and only happy with the best possible out come for me . I cannot say how happy I am with my treatment and results. The sandford are a modern practise with the latest technology and are lovely, friendly and helpful . one of the best decisions I have ever made and money so well spent for a result I did not think possible .

Very surprised how at ease the dentist & nurse made me feel. We both had to leave our usual dentist as it had shut down. After being with a dentist for many years it’s a bit worrying finding a new one. Both my husband & I were very pleased with our choice. We especially like the dentist for explaining going forward he will do a dental plan & explain our procedures. My husband has trouble with lower dentures he can’t wear them. With the Blue Raven Dentist he has given my husband an idea how he can make them fit in future. Treatment is yet to start it will be after Christmas. Blue Raven is a very clean well organised Dental Practice.
