They pulled out the stops! Rang early on a Monday morning about a problem with a particular tooth, a long-time potential candidate for extraction which seemed about due as it was flaring up. Was expecting to wait some while for an appointment to start off a procedure that would lead to extraction at the hospital because of various complexities. Saw Nancy within 2 hours, examined, and discussed all options including issues caused by my drug list and allergies. Referral to hospital dental service but with a plan if the pain becomes worse. Impossible to get better attention from all concerned - and as an NHS patient. Thanks one and all.
After almost 6 years of trying to find a NHS dentist this practice took me on. I needed the last of my teeth removed and dentures supplied. The staff and dentist were so friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation recommending them.
I had two implants completed with Andrew a few years ago. It was a pleasure to go through this procedure from start to finish. My Orthodontist Dr Neil Patel is quite impressive. I have had complex treatment that lasted from April 2019 to November 2021. I am delighted with the results - genius work. I must also mention how pleasant he and his dental nurses are and this went a long way in helping me cope with my treatment. I have now referred my son Michael to him who needs to have his previous orthodontist treatment with a different practice reviewed to deal with current circumstances.
