My first visit to the clinic was very professional in all areas. A really successful visit with Ben Pearson, a thorough new client examination, and it gave me a better understanding of the chronic sensitivity in my teeth, and constructive options going forward. I came away very pleased. About an hour & a half drive for me, but well worth it.

Attended for an annual checkup—Another good experience from start to finish. Communication, greeting on arrival, and treatment received from a friendly dentist and dental nurse were all excellent. A long-standing client and fortunate to be treated as an NHS patient.
I came into the surgery to see the hygienist, and then the dentist for a check-up. Both the Dentist and Hygienist were really good and very calming.Shelby the hygienist was very professional and gentle, and she gave me some good teeth-cleaning tips that I found really helpful, and that I'll try to use in future.
Excellent treatment (Dental clean) by Shelly and her nurse - they were both very Professional & Kind- they listened to my concerns ref a sensitive tooth (gel placed on all teeth) & during the treatment I mentioned it again (I always do this) but they had cleaned it without me even feeling it!! Best dental hygienist team I have ever had - I have had numerous cleans - always the same top standard!!! 10 out of 10 for me!!
They pulled out the stops!Rang early on a Monday morning about a problem with a particular tooth, a long-time potential candidate for extraction which seemed about due as it was flaring up. Was expecting to wait some while for an appointment to start off a procedure that would lead to extraction at the hospital because of various complexities. Saw Nancy within 2 hours, examined, and discussed all options including issues caused by my drug list and allergies. Referral to hospital dental service but with a plan if the pain becomes worse. Impossible to get better attention from all concerned - and as an NHS patient. Thanks one and all.
I hate going to the dentist but Claire my dentist is lovely and gentle so makes the visit as pleasant as it can be.
At last I've found a way of leaving a review! I have been going to Abi for hygienist treatment for about four years and she is always cheerful, careful and friendly. She knows to have the paste ready for me to deaden any pain! She's great!I also want to say how fantastic Stratos is as a dentist. I have had two appointments with him, the first being a check-up. The most recent was this week when I needed urgent treatment for a tooth that was aching. It turned out to be in a bad state and needed to be extracted. Following a very traumatic extraction five years ago at another practice (the dentist has fortunately now retired) I was very nervous indeed but Stratos put me at ease and it didn't hurt much at all - really! I was so grateful to him and his assistant.
Attentive, and good with advice which is reassuring. Nice to know you can rely on the service, see you in three months.
This is an excellent surgery. The reception staff are always friendly and police. Ben is a fantastic dentist - always puts you at ease and offers good advice on sound oral health care. If you do need any work done, all of the options that may be available are explained. Fantastic and well done all.

The treatment provided by Camilla I have found to be consistently nothing short of excellent. Camilla is alert to the need to reassure me, the patient, with clear explanations and ensures I am comfortable throughout. She is friendly without being at all familiar; and highly professional.
What a lovely calm atmosphere, when you first walk in. The ladies at the reception desk are so friendly, especially Sharon who made me feel at ease as I am a bit nervous about the dentist.I would definitely recommend this dentist for nervous patients.
