Words can not describe how grateful I am for Dr Syed Shah & Dental Assistant Mira yesterday!! Initially, I only booked a 20-minute consultation to assess my severe pain in my tooth/gums. I was their very last client of the day at 5.10 pm. After a thorough check, they discovered I required root canal treatment. What made the situation worse is that I had flights booked to Australia the very next day, as I plan to migrate there permanently. They both went above and beyond to get me prepared for that flight, and decided to work very late until 8 pm to relieve my pain. It took longer than expected as I was struggling with the pain and was making their job so much harder. They were extremely patient with me and did a fantastic job. I am truly grateful for their compassion, professionalism & understanding of my difficult timing/requests. I've been a long-time customer of Dr Shah for almost 5 years, had Invisalign through him and other essential treatments for my teeth. Dr Shah & Mira, thank you so much for helping me move forward, pain-free, with this next chapter in life. (I also tried to give them a tip to thank them for their hard work, but they wouldn't take it. If the reception staff could please email me about this, as id like to still do this for them.) Aisha is my usual dentist at St Dunstan's Clinic. She is very good. I saw her 6 months ago when l needed 5 glass fillings and an extraction. I saw a hygienist at the time. I also saw Aisha a week ago. I have been using interdental brushes every night as recommended by the hygienist. This time l didn't need any treatment, though Aisha said l have one molar that is loose. I had left my trips to the dentist for 3 years, hence all the treatment l needed 6 months ago. I would recommend 6-monthly trips to the dentist, nightly use of the interdental brushes and of course brushing morning and night. St Dunstan's Dental Practice are first class for pain-free treatment. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Steven B
My wife and l had been going to the Sandilands practice for more than 30years first with his wife in London road then they moved to Deal then back to Dover in fishmongers lane sadly Mr Sandilands. Due to ill health has had to give up the practice so all of his patients will now have to look for a new dental practice. In all the years of being treated by his wife and then Mr Sandilands the treatment, we received from both of them. Was exceptional and first-rate the practice will be missed by all of their patients.
Having to visit the Dentist is not something that I relish, so finding that it was necessary to have two large back teeth extracted did not fill me with joy, but the welcome I received at reception could not have been better. Due to nerves, I decided to have Sedation. After I completed the paperwork, consent form, etc, a nurse took me to see the surgeon, who confirmed my name and what treatment I was having done, and I was then prepared for the requested sedation. The next thing I was aware of was someone talking to me in soft tones, asking if I was ok, and that everything was finished. What had I been so nervous about? NO PAIN, not even a twinge, just a feeling of having had a short, deep sleep. For all of the people who fear dental work, my answer is CROWN COURT DENTAL, Excellent Staff, treatment and great value for money.
