Absolutely fantastic experience. Dr. John Murphy has a keen attention to detail. You feel as though you are in safe hands. You come out with more insight into what’s going on with your teeth and beyond. It’s clear that he puts his patient first above all else and has your best interests at heart. He is a rare find. I wanted my mercury fillings removed and am so glad I went here. Great job.

After a lot of research, I decided to make an appointment at Shields Dental. I needed a few crowns and a bridge. I was so impressed with their website that I made the decision to travel a two-hour journey and have a chat about what I wanted. From the moment I entered the clinic, the atmosphere was happy and relaxed, especially with Anne in reception. My appointment was with Cormac and I was put at ease instantly. All my options were explained, and the cost was also discussed. I felt the whole experience was first class and I’m totally happy with the work carried out. I was seen as an emergency consult, finding myself with a toothache whilst touring in a motorhome. Having had many traumatic experiences as a child, Ligia and her team, Gabrielle, Ger and Linda, have been second to none in terms of patience, kindness and skill. From today's session for a 6-monthly clean to fillings and tooth removal, I have been treated with patience, understanding and respect, and while I am not the perfectly, totally calm patient I might like to be, I find myself relaxing more each visit with the patience and understanding I experience.
