The team on duty was very professional, gentle, and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on and what to do in order to keep my teeth healthy. Jeannis was so courteous and very kind. She got me the appointment so quickly and assisted me to fill out the form. Hygienist Blaithin did a great job with my teeth, she took her time, and didn't rush. Nurse Patricia was very attentive and friendly. The end result was impeccable. They made me fell comfortable.

They all showed excellent consumer service. I'm definitely coming back so soon.

I am very happy with the treatment I received from the hygienist Blaithin today. I am a nervous patient and Blaithin put me at ease and talked her way through the procedure and ensuring that I had enough pain relief. She has a very calming presence and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thanks also to Mary, the nurse who was very kind and also put me at ease.

I received excellent dental and gum care recently (2nd March 2023) when I attended the Gate Clinic, Galway, for Oral Hygiene (Prophylaxis) assessment and treatment. Very efficient Customer Care was provided by Claire, at Reception, who processed my appointment, informed me of any pre-visit necessities, welcomed me at Reception and confirmed my dental booking.

This ensured a relaxed atmosphere existed prior to my procedure which was very welcome. The Dental Hygienist, Blaithin, and Dental Nurse, Patricia, were both very helpful and informative regarding the Oral Hygiene assessment and why it is vital to keep the teeth and gums clean and well maintained.

The Oral Hygiene procedure was carried out in a very careful, pain-free, thorough and efficient manner where each stage was discussed and a mirror held to show me the gums being worked on. Essential details of how I could more effectively carry out the required daily oral hugiene completed the visit.

Very happy to report a satisfying dental appointment where Customer Satisfaction was considered at all times. Excellent time and attention was given by all those I dealt with at the Gate Clinic, from Claire at Reception to the Oral Hygienist, Blaithin, and Dental Nurse, Patricia. In my experience the Gate Clinic provides an exceptionally high standard in dental treatment and care. All staff are so professional and friendly. Atmosphere is lovely and serene. Crown and filling work is simply superb. Blaithin the hygienist looks after me regularly. She just excels at what she does and keeps me tip top. Highly recommended.

I moved to Galway last year and had to find a dentist for an emergency procedure. I saw the great reviews for Gate Clinic and decided to ask for an emergency appointment. They told me to come in and immediately solved my problem. Very professional staff, they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I can't thank Dr Hegazy enough. I had a lump at the back of my head. He was able to diagnose it as a cyst immediately and remove it the same day. It was all very efficient and the staff were great at putting me at ease before the procedure.

i needed to get the somnewell device fitted am i glad i picked paul becaus dentists were a group id avoided for my 40 adult years bewteen him and ian they saved my life it was magor work i couldent recomend paul any higher
