Blue Poppy Dentistry and Orthodontics, Letterkenny was opened at the end of 2019. Its successful sister practice was opened in 2010 in Donegal Town. Blue Poppy Dentistry and Orthodontics, Letterkenny is a General Dental Practice with special interests in Orthodontics and Dental Implants.  We  have treated over a thousand orthodontic cases successfully. We offer a comprehensive Orthodontic Service including regular braces ("train-tracks"), tooth-coloured braces and Invisalign. We have invested in a Cone Beamed Computerised Tomographic (CBCT) unit which allows accurate assessment and placement of dental implants. The CBCT unit also assists us with detailed anatomy and pathologies associated with Orthodontics, Endodontics (root canal therapy) and Oral surgery. We are working currently, towards the provision of a basic reporting service to those who wish to refer cases to us for CBCT scans. We provide a full General Dental Service including white fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers and dentures. We offer a full Hygiene Service and facial cosmetic service, including teeth-whitening and anti-wrinkle injections.  We have worked with Sports Teams , including The Donegal Men's Senior team and champions 2012, providing them with gum shields and oral health advice.  We are currently working on a community-based approach to delivery of oral hygiene information through the University of North Carolina, which we hope will bring a greater understanding of oral hygiene

The Dental Suite is a new family dental practice in Bray. We aim to create a friendly and warm atmostphere where the staff are approachable and kind. We provide a wide range of services at competitive costs. These services include general dental care, denture fabrication and repair and sedation services. Our on-site laboratory ensures a fast turn around for patients with broken dentures. Our team is trained in treating children and special needs patients. We have a special interest in the treament of those who are particularly anxious and we have established a sedation unit at The Dental Suite. We hope to help nervous patients overcome the barriers to dental care via the valuable adjuncts of oral, inhalation (“happy air”) sedation and intravenous techniques. All of these are forms of conscious sedation and the patient is not ‘put to sleep’.
