After a lot of research, I decided to make an appointment at Shields Dental. I needed a few crowns and a bridge. I was so impressed with their website that I made the decision to travel a two-hour journey and have a chat about what I wanted. From the moment I entered the clinic, the atmosphere was happy and relaxed, especially with Anne in reception. My appointment was with Cormac and I was put at ease instantly. All my options were explained, and the cost was also discussed. I felt the whole experience was first class and I’m totally happy with the work carried out. After a lifetime of dental neglect all because of a gagging problem anything that involved doing work inside my mouth was difficult. (sometimes even brushing my teeth). Finally picking up the courage to make an appointment with the Gate Clinic I have to say all my nightmares are over. A friendly and sympathetic welcome from the start, from Claire at reception to the expert care by Brian Delgado who sedated me for my first session, everybody greets you with a friendly smile. This was followed by several visits under the care of Pedro an absolute expert where implants are concerned and nurse Patricia who was so encouraging and kind. I now have a perfect lower set of teeth mounted on 4 implants with which I can eat anything once again. Thanks especially to Pedro and Patricia without who's kindness, encouragement and care made the whole experience so pleasant.
Victoria Rogers I have been to Bray Dental Clinic recently, and the staff have been incredible and super patient with me. They carried out my dental work fantastic and both dentists and nurses that I met really put me at ease. I had a horrifying experience of visiting a bad dentist as a child, and it put a massive dent in my confidence, but the wonderful team at Bray Dental Clinic are so lovely, knowledgeable, patient and very kind. Especially towards someone who keeps asking all the questions when I get dental work done and how to keep my teeth healthy. The reception area is absolutely gorgeous and the classical music you hear while getting dental work done is super relaxing. Bonus points to the staff for giving me a fidget toy to keep myself occupied while they work on my teeth. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. They also take medical card patients.
