After years of worrying about my teeth condition. I finally made the decision to come to Vietnam to get them fixed. I chose Smart Dental and they have been amazing, everything from scans, transport, and accommodation, surgery was taken care of. In 2018 I received full mouth upper and lower dental implants by Dr Shah at Dental serenity. I had no problem with my implants they were wonderful. This year I had an accident and my upper implants were affected. I immediately contacted Dr Shah at Dental serenity and was on my way to India. Due to a flight cancellation, I did not get into India until 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning November 6th at 10:00 a.m. on that same Sunday I was in the chair and she was working on me. I had Zygomatic implants put in my upper jaw. November 13th I was flying home to the USA with all brand new upper and lower and spent less than $10,000 on the entire trip. I am very thankful that Dr Shah and dental Serenity was there for me as I could never afford this treatment in the USA. I recommend Dr Shah to anyone needing quality implants of any kind. Thank you Dr Shah for not only saving me one time but fixing what could have been a disaster and a very expensive situation and for working on a Sunday morning. I now have a friend who is a dentist and a dentist who is a friend they are truly great people and I thank them for being there.

I'm from the UK and first met with Dr Ritika in Nov 2023, she carried out a detailed assessment, outlining exactly the work required. Dr Ritika then started the first phase of treatment for two implants, in addition to carrying out gum work. I returned 3 weeks ago in March 2024 and Dr Ritika completed the second and final phase of Implant work. I can honestly say I was impressed with her manner, approach and level of professionalism which were excellent. I would thoroughly recommend her to all without hesitation.

I think this clinic and Dr. Seo are the best thing that happened to me in Korea, and probably the highest level of professionalism that I've experienced so far with dentists. I have many things to fix, and therefore I was selecting a dental clinic very carefully, sending requests, verifying reviews, etc. This clinic fully meets my expectations. But the most important is that I can fully trust my doctor, and that doesn't happen so often with me in Europe.

I was visiting Chennai for work for a week and I had some major dental issues to fix. Within the span of a week, Dr Vivek and his team managed to sort out all my requests with the utmost professional approach, kindness and attention. They even followed up for weeks after I left. Dr. Pradhan was exceptional from the start, even adjusting his schedule to accommodate my treatment last minute. He was honest about what to expect regarding temporary dentures and the need for bone grafting, emphasizing that final decisions could only be made after the implants were placed and the bone condition assessed. The transparency was refreshing and reassuring. He quoted me the highest price for the top brand of implants, which he preferred, but also offered alternatives to reduce costs if I wished. This straightforward approach eliminated any surprises at the end of the process. Overall, I am extremely glad I chose Dr. Pradhan. With his education from New York, his English was excellent, and I felt he truly took pride in delivering top-quality treatment. I look forward to returning in five months when my permanent teeth are affixed to the implants.
