I-Dent Dental Implant Center

I last visited a dentist in Vietnam in 2019, and I found the service, quality of work, and professionalism were at a higher level than in New Zealand. The surgeon and his team were outstanding. Can't wait to go back as soon as things go back to normal.

I found I dent on Google, with two others, I got 3 quotes, 1 was $35 grand, another $17grand and the other $9, grand in Thailand. The treatment was 6 implants on top 4 implants on the bottom plus new teeth, pull eleven teeth out stitched up gums as well. I chose the $17 grand in district one in ho Chi Minh after reading reviews which were from mostly kiwis /Aussies they were very friendly, helpful and good at what they do. I was able to eat meat 1 hour after operations. I would recommend my family and anyone else to go there.

I had an implant and a crown put on. I got the highest quality parts (German Implant and ceramic crown) for around 27,000,000 VND, which was the best price I found anywhere. After sending an email with all the questions I had, I got a reply within a day from their fantastic reception staff.

Overall I think I had 4 visits, and each time I was made to be very comfortable and welcome. If I ever need a similar procedure I won’t hesitate to return there.

A short note to express appreciation for my recent dental treatment. I had a holiday in Vietnam in 2019 with my parents. I am very pleased with my treatment at Ident. I had three implants in November 2018. I returned June 13 to have the crowns placed. I have felt no pain during or after treatment. I did not need painkillers. I am from New Zealand.

Fantastic! From start to finish these guys are great! Very welcoming and hospitable! Clean, gentle and attention to detail. They checked up on my apportionment before and after and Sophia was great ensuring I was not ever at discomfort. I have just finished having 6 Zirconia ceramic implants & 6 Zirconia crowns completed with i-Dent. I am very happy with the result and that I now have more teeth to use! I feel the costs involved for the work done were very reasonably priced compared to similar treatments in New Zealand & Australia. I travelled from Australia to Vietnam for my dental work as the cost was approximately 12% of that in Australia.

I'm from NZ. My dentist has been reminding me for years that I need to have my teeth crowned. I needed to have 3, 4, then 6 crowns at scarily escalating costs so I chose to come to Vietnam to receive dental treatment. My partner received 6 implants at I-Dent Dental Implant Center back in May with excellent results. So I chose to go to I-Dent with him when he returned to Vietnam to have his treatment finished.

On arrival, I was greeted by friendly, helpful staff at the spotlessly clean dental surgery. I hate dentists and needles but the process was handled very calmly. Once in the dentist’s chair, there was no time for me to be nervous - the anaesthetic needle was slipped in without me feeling it and one week later I have 6 beautiful crowns.

I especially appreciated the care that the dentist took to make sure that I had a great result, needing to remake some of my crowns to ensure that had a perfect fit. The 10-year guarantee is a great bonus although with the best crowns, care and attention that I received from the dentist I am sure that I won’t need it.
