Very good services and staffs. I was afraid of dentist, but they made me comfortable and relaxed. No pain, no worries.

The most pleasant unpleasant experience that I could have encountered. I was expecting some long and painful dental work. But Dr. Lee was very positive and professional. He took a quick look and immediately said it was an infected wisdom tooth and it could be taken cared of immediately. Took less than 45min from the minute I walked thru the door. The tooth extraction was quick and relatively painless. The toothache was more painful. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and will definitely be returning for more dental work.

My appointment was completed satisfactorily on time and professionally. The Clinic was spotless. The staff, from the receptionist and dental nurse, and doctor, were exceptional. I could not speak more highly of them, and the procedure was value for money, like about a fifth of what I could expect to pay in NZ.

I just completed my Invisalign treatment here and I am thrilled with the results and the experience that I have had. I am in a travelling job and had been wanting to get my treatment done but just couldn’t take time out for it. When I visited Dentally, they educated me about the Invisalign treatment and it is definitely the best decision I made. I had two sets of impacted wisdom teeth removed and Dr Mei Chong was fantastic. Smooth, efficient, considerate and minimal discomfort despite one tooth more complicated and needed cutting. No discernible swelling after and I could eat normally the next day. Highly recommend. Leigh Oppers also, as an excellent dental hygienist.

I had six implants and a bridge removed. This is the best dentist I've ever had work done. They bend over backwards to make sure you're happy with the results. I wish the dentists in the UK were half as good as Perfect Smile Dentists in Candolim. 5 stars to the staff and the doctors/dentists.

First I was skeptical having any kind of treatments in India due to our healthcare in Finland being the top of the world (naive). But for all Europeans wondering, this is your place. If I have any future needs I will be coming down here again. We did a full new front teeth row, and it looks absolutely stunning. (total, 11 teeth) Dr. Manjit was really professional, went through the whole treatment carefully before we started the procedure, he even made me sleep on the decision (which was incredible considerate). Must say I have nothing negative to say. He even cured my fear of going to the dentist. I can smile again, and will forever be grateful for this place.

I was really nervous on my first visit and knew I probably needed a lot of treatment, but from my first visit, the lovely staff made me feel relaxed and more confident. From then on I knew I had made the right choice/decision. They advised and assured me at every step of the way, even sending me texts to see how I was getting along. The dental office itself was quiet/calming, air-conditioned and perfectly clean (no long queues, waiting or stress.) All the staff were very friendly, smiley and pleasant. I got dental filling, crown, root canal treatment from them. They had done all of this greatly. I can absolutely say I got world-class treatment from them. Now I am going on clear aligners to straighten my teeth suggested by Dr Phanibabu. He provided me with K Line Aligners. It is working very well. I already got the benefits. I didn't like my smile and had always been self-conscious from a child, covering my mouth when I smiled. I'm 51 now and had the money to sort my teeth out. I went to Kenkre expecting to have porcelain veneers top and bottom, but because of my bite, Dr Shilpa said they wouldn't last, (my top teeth would end up taking the bottom veneers off and vice versa), although she did say she would do it. She recommended I had crowns top and bottom but my front two top teeth didn't have strong enough roots. In the end, it was decided, (with a consultant involved too), that I should have two implants and 4 crowns at the top and 6 veneers on the bottom. I had two visits before anything happened to agree on the treatment and have an X-ray for bone density. The first visit involved 1.5 hours for 4 root canals. The second visit was the two implants and grinding the bottom teeth ready for crowns and some temporary teeth fitted, (which looked great by the way). This visit lasted 5.5 hours but was necessary to fit in with my flights. Six days later I went to get my teeth fitted and the temporaries were taken off. This lasted about an hour and when the teeth were fitted it was amazing - I couldn't believe it. I'd got the teeth I should have had. Don't think twice - have the treatment! It's pain-free and Dr Shilpa spoke excellent English and communicated with me constantly. It was a third of the price in England. My teeth look very natural. It's a very professional practice that obviously is focussed on the customer from start to finish. I did a lot of research before I went and felt that Dr Shilpa at Kenkre Dental was the one dentist who seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for. I travelled 40 minutes there and back to see her, but it was well worth the journey as the prices were cheaper than those dentists in Candolim or Calangute. A week after the treatment there was swelling at the implant area but this is the natural healing process and it subsides after 2 weeks. It's about 1/4 of the price in England. I did my research in England and contacted various clinics around the Candolin/Calangute area but felt a connection with Dr Shilpa who understood what I wanted and sent me pictures and reviews from past patients. The clinic was hard to find, on the first floor of a block of units. I took a taxi and had to get the driver to call her to give directions. The taxi isn't expensive from Calangute, (£12 return approx), and the driver waited for me, (even on the 5.5 hour visit!). When I first met Dr Shilpa, (with my husband), I knew immediately that I'd made the right choice. She was so professional and the surgery was clean. She was obviously well educated in her field. There was no awkwardness with money as I paid at the end of the treatment. She didn't try to up-sell and even did a scale and polish on my husband - with no charge which is unusual in India when everyone appears to be wanting you to part with your cash! She even said that she'd prefer to split the treatment into two visits, ie a visit, say, 6 months later but I didn't want this so she said she'd do the 5.5 hours on the Saturday to accommodate. She still messages me now to ask how I'm getting on. Very caring and lovely lady who I have total trust and faith in that she will do an excellent job for you. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her practise and will definitely go again for any further treatment I may need. Thank you, Dr Shilpa, for making me smile!
