I have severe anxiety stemming from an incident with my orthodontist and have not been able to go to a dentist or for oral work for years because of it. Almost all my dentists in the UK have not been exactly.,.equipped to help with anxiety despite me explaining my situation, so I was worried it might be the same here. But it was completely different and surprising. Dr Seo was so patient. The entire office was very accommodating. They set you up in the room and let you relax and just acclimatise to the environment (which helped me because it takes me some time to work down from an anxiety attack) and Dr Seo was patient and kind the entire appointment and explained everything clearly. The office also is very nice and bright with lots of windows and plants so it feels more comforting straight away. I'm already scheduling another appointment. I'm so pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

I went for a normal check-up and cleaning and the facility is spotlessly clean and the staff is efficient and kind. Modern, state of the art equipment for all dental needs. After receiving a quote in Australia for over $40,000AUD for dental work (implants) I researched Dentists in Hanoi and found Greenfield Dental. Communication with an overseas Dentist can be a challenge but found the staff at Greenfield very easy to deal with. Once I arrived in Hanoi and visited Greenfield the practice was clean and professional. I was allocated an interpreter for my visit as I cannot speak Vietnamese. The treatment I received was first class and I have recommended Greenfield to many people, some of which have had treatment there since my recommendation. I highly recommend this dentist for any treatment. I have saved almost $30,000AUD.

Dr Leem is the most professional and kind dentist ever I met. I visited Meiplus Marine Parade last Saturday. He was showing very professional attitude from beginning until finished my treatment.
