Hello to prospective dental patients, I went to Dr Care to get all on 4 tooth implant for my upper and lower jaws. I am extremely happy with the quality of dental service that I have received. The whole tooth implant process has been performed by top-notch doctors and well-trained dental assistants. Throughout the dental implant, I didn't feel any major pain at all as I thought it might be the case at home. Today, after just two weeks at Dr Care I got 24 brand new teeth (two arches) in my mouth. Now I can bite and chew all kind of soft foods as recommended by the doctors. In the next 6 months, I will be able to see the doctors again to have the permanent porcelain teeth installed. Right now, I am happy with the temporary plastic teeth, they are solid, functioning and look beautiful in my mouth. I am so grateful to the doctors and consultants who took care of me during my tooth implants at Dr Care Dental Center. Last year, I visited Thailand to get pricing on some dental work. On returning to Australia, I tried contacting that clinic with no luck. Luckily, Dentist Nancy spotted my email and responded with her recommendations and pricing. I recently went back to Thailand and Dentist Nancy repaired all my teeth with skill and Professionalism never experienced in Australia. Her work is meticulous and I was pleasantly surprised that the work was done without having needles and No Pain. Amazing.. I will definitely be going back next year( just for a check-up). My experience with Dr. Parampreet was incredible. She listened carefully to every concern I had about getting dental implants, explained everything in a way that made sense, showed videos, and educated me. I appreciated how she didn’t rush me through the consultation and took her time to answer all my questions, you can tell she really cares about her patients. I felt reassured and confident throughout the process. She’s a true gem!

Went in for a general checkup and scaling at the clinic. Got to know about the clinic and its treatment through a friend and took an appointment for it. As soon as I entered, I had a good feeling from the clinic and employees. I walked into the lounge where I waited to be checked in. Then I was taken into one of the rooms where I spoke to Dr. Akshatha who gathered all my details like my personal details, reason for visit, history, etc. Then I was provided with a welcome kit which had a toothbrush and floss kit. I was taken to a brushing station where I had to brush my teeth with the provided kit and then into the X-ray room. After I got my X-ray I went back into the lounge while I waited for Dr. Asif and Dr. Bhavana along with Dr. Akshatha for my consultation. Quickly I went into the consultation chamber where I met Dr Asif who spoke to me inquiring about various things about my background to get a complete understanding of my teeth. I was really impressed and well looked at by Dr. Asif. He was quickly able to identify various issues with my teeth. He noticed I had alignment issues, a few teeth with no enamel where I was having some pain due to sensitivity and a wisdom tooth which needed to be removed. While he took a deep look at the X-ray and my teeth he kept on explaining every detail and was also planning on the go on how the issues need to be treated. After I was informed of the things I needed to do, I was spoken to by Dr. Akshatha on how I wanted to proceed. We agreed on getting a retainer and getting a scaling done. Dr. Bhavana later performed the scaling on my teeth and provided a detailed explanation of the problems I had and the plan that would be best for me to follow. I was also given a visual demo of how to take care of my teeth and the routine I had to follow with my retainers. I would very strongly recommend having a consultation from this place. This is a definite value-for-money clinic where the experience is amazing and they provide very genuine care and treatment.
