I had a hydra facial today as I felt my skin needed a lift. The treatment was thorough and applied with expertise by Sara who explains everything as she goes along. All the staff at this clinic are very friendly and knowledgeable about the treatment. I have recommended the clinic to my sister's and other family members.

A fantastic clinic. Receptionist was so helpful and friendly. Elyssa was so good and professional, she removed a seborrheic keratosis from my leg. She really put my mind at ease and explained the process throughout. I highly recommend both Elyssa and the clinic, they are so helpful. I go back in April to have another one removed and feel really relaxed about it. After a lot of research online, the price was much better than I was expecting and good value. Highly recommend Reflect Aesthetics, I have been going here since 2020, very professional environment and clinic. Ash is extremely customer focused and listens to clients and their needs, working ethically taking into account customers views, offering advice and suggestions if necessary. There is no "hard sell" or what you should have, each consultation is individual seeing what is best for the client. Treatments have been pain-free, with no side effects and all risks and consent are agreed at each treatment. Five-star recommendation, I have recommended the clinic to friends and colleagues.

This clinic had the friendliest staff out of all the places I tried. I had my otoplasty procedure done here. I’m not quite finished yet; there are still some stitches that need to be removed. It could take another week or three. I’m not entirely satisfied with the outcome right now, but I’ll discuss this with the doctor at the next appointment. I’d been waiting a long time to get this work done and it’s a relief that it’s finally over. I had to wear a bandage so I don’t know how long the swelling took to subside. Before I left the hospital, they gave me some painkillers. I’m not sure if there’s a scar because the work was done behind my ears. We’ll evaluate this at the follow-up. Every clinic charged about the same. Downtime was about a week.
