I had sclerotherapy for the treatment of spider veins in both legs. Very professional courteous treatment carried out by Donna who was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. Very relaxing treatment room and no problem to contact Donna for any aftercare if necessary. Pleased with results so far which only get better in the coming weeks after the healing process is complete. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

I went to The Ailesbury Clinic after being disappointed by another high profile clinic for a sagging neckline issue. I was amazed at the first FREE consultation with a lovely registered nurse Rebecca that although I wasn't a suitable candidate for Elexis, they are so honest not money grabbers she actually brought me through to the lovely Patrick himself! he assessed me and gave me hope. Then COVID! I got a call from Ailesbury after that and went in again to see if threads would work. Elexis would have been an option with threads but I have a titanium implant in my shoulder so that ruled that out. Patrick again came in he's just so kind and genius with his time and discussed with Dr.Kielty on other options I've never seen such effort put in. When Patrick even went to dig out an older version called Polaris there was no consent form - No stopping him there .....he called me into his office and gave me the number of a specialist in this area who does Not Advertise...he turned down money said no point if it wasn't going to give me the results I wanted. This is rare in society now. I had 2 visits the staff were wonderful (thanks Marie also) and I will go back in a heartbeat as there are no gimmicks, videos or brochures promising the sun, moon and stars and would recommend them to anyone. Another fantastic surprise despite the prestige I was also amazed that the prices were within anyone's reach and some "Skin Clinics" ask more. I can see how much you really care and your success is not just down to your brilliance as an Aesthetic Doctor but Supreme Customer Service. I've been going to Pure Aesthetics for around 7 years now and I have received nothing but great service and expertise. Both Helen and Rach who have both treated me, are professional, friendly and very skilled at what they do. I mainly see Rachel and she is always patient and listens to what I would like doing and advice me accordingly. I respect very much what she says to me as she is a professional. I would say that she has changed my life in that she has enabled me to vastly improve on my confidence when it comes to my appearance. The clinic is nicely tucked away but very easy to find. I had my eyebrows microbladed and lip fillers at Serene Skin & Beauty with Laura. She explained everything really well and talked me through both treatments as she did them. I felt totally relaxed with both treatments, and the results were fantastic. I will 100% be going back when I need more treatments or top-ups.

I spoke to Emma on the telephone and she was so lovely. Very friendly and helpful and just the same when I met her in person. It's very important for the first experience with the clinic to be a positive one. I then had my appointment with Julian for the treatment of a verruca. It has been very difficult to get rid of but I cannot praise him enough. He was so friendly and put me at ease immediately. The explanation of the treatment was superb and hopefully, fingers crossed, my verruca has finally gone. Excellent team and excellent service.

First treatment was earlier this week. I've got to say that professionalism and customer care are second to none. My lips look amazing too!!!! What more can I ask?

Simply amazing! I have been going to the house of skin now for about 2 years. I started with a course of treatments for acne, which I must say had amazing results! I had tried everything and nothing worked until I came to Faye at the House of Skin. Since then I have had a number of bespoke facials which have been fantastic! Last week I had the fire and ice facial and my skin feels fantastic! I would highly recommend it! As always, thank you to Faye and Danielle for all your help and expertise in looking after my skin.
