The transport arrangements were seamless, making my journey stress-free. The meals provided were nutritious and delicious, which was a pleasant surprise. A special mention goes to the team for accommodating my mom with me during my stay. It made a world of difference to have her by my side, and the staff ensured she was comfortable throughout. Dr Derici is a very good surgeon with experience. He is very sweet and soft with his clients, i had a very good experience with him. And my contact person was Sema, and she is just incredible! She responds at every question or message what i send too her. She is very sweet and helpfull. The only thing that frustrates me are the nurse at the hospital, they dont understand english and they are not helpfull at all. Even when i cried or begged for help they were very cold. I recomende dr Derici 100% and my contact person also was the best!

I embarked on my journey to Antalya on the 10th of June for a gastric sleeve procedure. And then there was Dr. Erdem, my surgeon, whose skillful hands and humble professionalism have gifted me a new lease on life. My gratitude towards him and the entire team is boundless. Came here for a rhinoplasty and I can say that I experience great communication throughout the process, I was collected on time from the airport and all needs were accommodated throughout the week. Any time I asked a question it was answered very quickly, the clinic was very clean and a lovely experience. Umut was my patient coordinator and he has been super helpful after my surgery with any question I have.

Recently received treatment at the medivia hospital and the service was amazing from start to finish. The pick-up from the airport was very professional and stress-free. I was then greeted by Amal who made my whole trip a pleasure she was with me every step of the way and made everything so easy and again stress free and cannot thank her enough. I had a 360 fdl tummy tuck and lipo, well what can I say absolutely amazing!! I'm so happy with my results! I am like a new woman, I had gastric bypass 2 years ago so I had bad loose skin. The company amazing they was recommended to me by a close friend from start to finish you in contact with a co-ordinater. Batuhan was amazing his so reassuring giving me all the information I needed. And guidance throughout was perfect!. You get all you transferred included all on time no problems. The cost was amazing value! So worth it I will be back in the future for more treatments. The hotel and the hospital were immaculate.

Hello, I was there. I had surgery 4 days ago (stomach reduction). Everything is going well, even though I don't speak the language, I was received and treated very well by the very competent and friendly nursing staff. Not to forget the many doctors and surgeons! The hospital is very clean and organized! And don't forget my lovely German translator (Hülya), who is always ready to help with whatever is needed! Thank you all.

The level of care was to a very high standard, every step of the process was explained in detail, the follow up care was brilliant, even a year put they still offering support and advice, the surgery itself was terrifying however Dr. Süleyman Akıllı put me at ease with his calm manner and professionalism, all my worries were eased when we met and the surgery went smooth with no complications. Superhappy with the result of my surgery (rhinoplasty) Ebru, my salesperson was very friendly and competent the whole way through, always replying on WhatsApp immediately. She will answer all questions you may have and in my case found and appointment for the surgery very quickly within two months. The clinic provided the transfer between airport, hotel and the hospital and a translator for the English communication. Ebru (my sales and contactperson), Kaan (my translator) and Op. Dr. Hünkar Batıkhan (my surgeon) all did a great job and I cannot recommend JFS clinic highly enough! 👍

I had my procedure in August 2023. Mel was amazing and supported me through the whole process. I stayed for 5 days and took my partner. The rooms were clean and cleaned 3 times a day. Everything was explained to me by Mel. The consultant took the time to constantly check on me and make sure I was ok.

Last days I had gone through with my gastric sleeve. Before that, I had suffered from different health issues. The main reason that I was an obese man that promoted pain in my joints, and that's why I was not performing well in all my daily routine. Furthermore, most of the time, I felt insomnia. But now, apart from weight loss, I have observed many changes in my routine. I sleep on time now. That is a very good sign of a healthy life, and I lost around 17 kg. I am living a healthy life now that all that I wanted.

Couldn’t recommend Dr Erol enough. From start to finish the whole process has been great. Merve was the contact person and she was so helpful and informative before I travelled. When I arrived at the hospital I was so impressed with the thorough checks and examinations that were done before the surgery. I felt so calm and comfortable and in very safe hands. Dr Erol is fantastic at what he does and is very friendly. I have since lost 3 stone in 9 weeks so far and feel fantastic! So happy and Merve still keeps in touch regularly to make sure I’m ok and not having any issues which I’m not.
