The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

My experience was incredible and professional. They were very kind and helpful and made me feel safe. From the first moment, the nurses and medical staff were very diligent and attentive to me.

About 1 month ago when I reached Dr.Cem's clinic, I knew I needed surgery, but I was very scared. Zeynep, the coordinator of the clinic, explained every detail to me. Since she has undergone the surgery herself, she can see it from the patient's perspective and tell you the truth. When I decided to have the surgery and arrived at the airport, I realized that I had made the right decision by choosing them. It has been 8 days since my surgery and I am grateful to both Dr.Cem and his team. I definitely recommend it to everyone, go and experience this!

I’ve just recently had the gastric sleeve with Novemed in Istanbul and I can’t speak highly enough of them. From the moment I stepped off the plane until the day I left the hospital I was treated with so much care. It was the cleanest hospital I’ve ever been in and the hotel is amazing also. I had a Gastric Sleeve operation, everyone at the clinic is very helpful, kind, attentive and professional. The hospital is very nice and clean and gets cleaned often throughout the day. All nurses, doctors, translators and everyone else there to help me was amazing and I cannot fault them. I had my surgery with Aktif at vital hospital with Dr Ibrahim Agackiran on the 4th of July 2023. Dr Ibrahim is great, seems to know what he’s doing and is very professional. The surgery went well, and I’m currently down 7 kg in 1 week!! Here are some pros and cons of the surgery and some things to think about if you want to have the surgery. Pros: +The surgeons/doctors at the facility are very professional and good at their job. +The guide/translator Luca was great, super nice and helpful. +I feel great after the surgery but it's a huge adjustment. +They’ve been very helpful at answering all my questions now afterwards and they are quick to reply to you. Cons: - Most of the nurses at the facility don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate with them but they are very friendly and try their best to help you. -I wasn't given proper info/instructions about my medications (especially the blood thinner syringes I had to give myself). I had to kinda figure it out on my own. I wish they would have shown me how to do it while I was at the hospital. -I wasn’t told how to properly care for the wounds/incisions after the surgery so two of them are infected now. I tried to care for them to the best of my ability and they will hopefully clear out in a couple of days with the antibiotics. -Doctors in Sweden don’t want to help me as much now because I’ve had surgery abroad.

I've received a stomach treatment procedure from Dr Gull and since the last month, I've seen a considerable reducing on my appetite and have lost 8 pounds. I've been feeling much more energetic and fresh. The first day, I had a bit of an upset stomach but it got better swiftly. Despite just staying in Turkey for 2 nights as I had business commitments to attend, it was well worth the journey.

I came to vanity in Istanbul from England and my whole journey has been amazing! From the beautiful hotel I was put up in right down to the transport driver. I was made to feel so welcome as soon as I landed. I had no problem with the language barrier either and any queries I had were answered. I would definitely return for more treatments in the future.

Communication from start to finish was excellent. Sandra at AYT was helpful, friendly and had a great sense of humour. She eased my anxieties about the Allurion balloon and allowed for me to enjoy the break in Turkey. The surgeon was fluent in English, had an excellent set up and was thorough. It was half the price of the UK procedure and included the hotel stay and transport too. I paid for my flights and an additional few days in Antalya. The hotel chosen was comfortable and welcoming and overall a good experience. Would definitely consider for any private procedures in the future.

My new life has started. From start to finish. I have nothing but positive words. Irem has been fantastic. From meeting us at the hospital to waving us goodbye at the hotel. She has made a stressful process so easy. Dr Belen was fantastic - a professional, respectful and personable human being. I had a gastric sleeve on 04/03/2024! Absolutely outstanding clinic, and the staff are so nice. I couldn't have asked for a better bunch of staff. The surgeon is amazing! He came and seen me every day. Also, not to forget about my coordinator Asli. She really is awesome. That girl is hilarious. I had some really good laughs with her. Honestly, this clinic is the best of the best! Thank you for helping start my new healthy journey.

We started your journey with Sezen in early 2021 words can not describe how helpful Sezen was. She answered every question we had. We had your gastric sleeve done in August 2021 it has just changed our life's for the best, we are just sorry we had not done years ago. We a small bit of pain after the op just for a day or two but that was it . Dr Metin Karadeniz is a true gentleman I don't think he realises how much he changes people lives, words are not enough in saying thank you. So far my husband has lost 13 st 7lbs and I have lost 7stone. We have a bit to go but it was the best decision we ever made in our life. Eleanor and Enda.

I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment I stepped off the plane I was looked after and made to feel so welcome and safe. The surgeons were absolutely amazing, the nurses were attentive and so caring, I don’t have a bad word to say. If your like me and looking for a safe place outside the u.k to have surgery and change your life this the place to go. I will definitely be going back if I need any body contouring after I lose all this weight!

The hospital and the team could not do enough for me very helpful. I went for gastric sleeve surgery, naturally I was a little weary. Dr Mani and the team are amazing, from the driver to the drs. The team speak fluent English and are very efficient. I got the gastric balloon fitted. The clinic is very clean, and the staff is lovely.
