I had a facelift eye lift and neck lift. They were so professional and have kept in touch with me to give me advice on creams to use and how long to wear the facial support to get the best outcome. Would highly recommend it.

I feel so lucky to have entrusted myself to them. The surgeon, nurses, assistants, hotel, hospital, service, everything was wonderful. It's the 23rd day after my surgery, and I've already lost 12 kg. You should go without hesitation. The whole team is amazing!

⭐ Hospital Review — My Experience I recently stayed at this hospital for surgery, and I wanted to share my honest experience — the good, the funny, and the bits that nearly had me crying into my drip stand. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. I landed at 3 am and by 8 am they had me through every test imaginable — heart checks, X‑rays, blood tests, dietary, anaesthetic, surgeon consultations. Efficient doesn’t even cover it. My surgeon and the team were brilliant. Surgery took around two hours, recovery was smooth, and I felt well looked after throughout. A special shout‑out to Nart, who kept me entertained with history lessons and made the whole process feel less daunting. There were a few comedy moments — like my drain being pulled out by accident and my buzzer not working, leaving me nearly wetting the bed while I dragged my drip stand across the room like a wounded giraffe. But even then, the nurses were quick to help once they realised. They work incredibly hard.

All the nurses were so helpful. My surgeon explained everything and went through things if I wasn't to sure. The care I received was amazing.

I had my surgery in July and had a great experience with Dr. Süleyman Akıllı, I went with him after being recommended from 2 of my friends who couldn’t speak highly enough of him and they were right. I was very anxious and emotional when I arrived and he made me feel at ease. I have now lost 5 stone and feel the best I have felt in years. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Süleyman Akıllı and his team, I still keep in touch with him now.

I had a truly exceptional experience with JFS Clinic in Izmir and could not be more grateful for the care and service I received. From the outset, the communication was seamless. Illy who communicated with me via WhatsApp, was incredibly supportive, always available, and checked in regularly with kindness and professionalism that made me feel so well looked after, even from a distance. My surgeon was attentive, compassionate and truly listened to what I wanted, delivering results that exceeded my expectations while making me feel safe and understood throughout the process. A special thank you to kaan my assistant during my time in Izmir, who accompanied me to all appointments and check-ups. His presence was both reassuring and invaluable. He has been a kind , friendly and helpful guide throughout the journey. The logistics were also exceptional: luxury transportation for all journeys during my time in Turkey and the hotel arranged by JFS Clinic was clean , comfortable, and well-located as well as fantastic staff. If I HAD to pick one tiny negative, it would be that the hotel didn’t have a pool. However , to be honest, I was far too busy recovering in bed and this didn’t affect me at all. The only person slightly disappointed was my friend who came along to help me , who packed a swimsuit with high hopes of relaxing on a lilo by the pool! This experience has not only given me physical results I’m thrilled with, but it has also been emotionally reassuring thanks to the professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness of the entire JFS team. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking cosmetic procedures abroad with complete peace of mind. Where do I even start... The BEST experience I've ever had in regards to anything medical. From the initial first contact right up until this day.. 2 months post op everything has been absolutely amazing. No pressure at all when conversations were had, where other clinics can be on the pushy side. I contacted BG in January through a recommendation of a friend after searching a few different ones and from the first couple of messages I knew this was the right decision. The amount of information given, step by step, day by day information of what was going to happen was incredible. When I enquired, I was given all the time I needed to make a decision, allowed me time to confirm with my workplace and once confirmed sorted pretty much EVERYTHING! It was such a smooth journey from start to finish and I have honestly never been happier and more grateful to find two amazing ladies to help me kickstart my journey. My surgeon at the hospital, Serhat Buldur was incredible, answered any questions, made me feel at ease and comfortable. The hotel staff were out of this world and the hotel was like a dream. If you're thinking about any surgery with this company, I would honestly 100% recommend.

I recently had an incredible experience with Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir and the team at Koru Private Hospital. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The professionalism and care I received exceeded my expectations, making this a truly positive and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

I travelled with my friend to Latvia for her surgery and was very impressed with Weight Loss Latvia. Everything was well organised from airport pickup to hospital care. Ilva, the organiser, was kind and supportive throughout. Dr. Oleg and the medical team were professional and reassuring. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. After speaking to Judith JobIing at Gastric Band Support Manchester (who I also highly recommend and who has been doing my fills for a couple of years) chose to go to Belgium for a replacement Gastric Band as mine developed a leak. She recommended Obesity Solutions and got in touch with Chris Deprez the Patient Care Manager on my behalf and he contacted me straight away. The process was very smooth and I had a couple of calls and Zoom meetings with him where he explained everything and answered all of my questions. It was such a different experience from the place I initially used for my Band and then subsequently for a breast reduction. I used The Hospital Group then changed its name I believe to Transform Hospital Group. (I would recommend people do not use this hospital, I have put reviews on their website.) I arrived in Belgium with my wife who was allowed to stay in the hotel provided for me at no extra cost. We were collected at the airport and dropped off at our hotel. Any other travel to and from appointments etc was provided in the cost and the driver even collected us from the train station after a day out in Brugge. All my appointments were on time and hassle-free. The morning of the operation I was collected at my hotel and dropped off at the Hospital at 7 am. By 7.45 am I was in the theatre and the operation was finished by 8.30 am. The nursing, admin and surgical staff were fantastic, they could not do enough for me. I was collected from the hospital at 1 pm and taken back to my hotel. I ended up just having a port replacement as that was the part that was leaking. Chris had explained that the Surgeon may do that after the leak was identified on an x-ray the day before. The pain was minimal straight after the operation and has virtually gone now after 1 week. I have had regular contact with Chris since the operation and getting back to England. I have an app on which I log my ongoing weight and I have direct access to Chris anytime. It also is full of other info regarding aftercare, diets, what to do etc. I am honestly overwhelmed with thanks to Chris, his team & the medical staff in Belgium. I also received a refund as the operation was not as big as I first thought. If I had to go for any further treatment, given the choice I would choose Obesity Solutions every time. I went to 2bBeautiful for Breast Implants 21/10/2023. I am only a 8 days post op and I am absolutely delighted with how they have turned out. Jackie couldn’t have done anymore for me if she tried. She even spent her day off at the clinic with me while I had my surgery, this I am very grateful as I was doing it on my own in a different country. Nick the surgeon is amazing at what he does also. He got the shape and size to fit my frame perfectly. I am over the moon and extremely happy I came here and hope to see the team again in the future. Thank you
