What a wonderful team. From the time I stepped in the hospital I was greeted by Nesrin who has a lovely friendly smile. I arrive on the 7th Oct. She explained everything in detail in a calm way on what examinations I will be having for the go ahead of my surgery. This took a couple of hours but to be fair it went quick. This is when I met the surgeon again- very welcoming and friendly made me feel at ease. He explained everything even showed me the instrument that they will be using and showed me the make and where they purchase these from (not China) I asked my all my questions which was answered so had no worries. My room wasn't quite ready so was allowed to go out exploring the surroundings which was great as there was a market on 8th Oct went down for my surgery at 8 o'clock. Next minute was waking up in my room feeling very cold. In and out of sleep for the rest of the day. From then on I was being monitored by the nurses, given pain killers drips etc. Was well looked after. Also met Burcu what a lovely person. Who went out of her way to drive us to the nice restaurants (before surgery) really is amazing person. Day before I left I had a meeting with the nutritionist who explained thoroughly what I will be eating drinking exercises and time frames. I was given all my drugs and got myself a month's worth of protein shakes. Finally picked up at 9 o'clock on the 11th Oct in the evening by there driver to the airport. All I can say is thank you all for being there for me throughout my stay and would definitely go back to the NewMe health clinic.

Very responsive answers all kinds of questions. The operation went very smoothly, the dietitian with the Dr is lovely and explains everything thoroughly. Highly recommended

I arrived home in the UK after my breast uplift surgery in KCM clinic on Tuesday. I spent 7 nights in Poland for this surgery with 3 of those nights as a patient in KCM. I have to firstly thank Dr Kierzynka, you are incredible at your work, even if I did drive you crazy changing my mind about implants, but I’m truly glad I followed your advice, after all, you are super educated and professional! You made me feel at ease, and you listened to me, as it is daunting being away from home in another country and having surgery for the first time, you have given me my confidence back, and for that, I will be forever grateful to you. Dr Chabab, the anaesthesiologist, thank you for making me laugh 😂 right before my surgery. You don’t realise how much that helped. I was so scared going into the theatre, but you took my mind off it by making jokes. You’re amazing at your job! I felt completely safe having you put me to sleep. 😄 Karina, this is for you, you are an angel quite literally. I felt I had a friend with me, you are such a lovely person. You lived in the UK for 18 years, so this was quite comforting knowing I had you to translate if I ever needed you to. You really care about your patients experience and always make sure we are ok. KCM is extremely lucky to have you on their team and you definitely deserve recognition. Kim Adam’s, from day one of enquiring about the surgery, you have been amazing, always at the end of the phone with reassurance and help. Thank you so much for making this process so easy and straightforward, I felt I was in safe hands the entire time and I am glad I found you back when I was looking into different clinics. Nurse Anna, you are the loveliest nurse I have ever known! Truly a gentle and kind woman and I can see why you are a Nurse, keep being you! ☺️ and thank you for helping with my dressing changes. Unfortunately, I could not remember each member of staff name that I had the pleasure of meeting, but you are all absolutely phenomenal. You all work very hard, and you all go above and beyond to make sure everything runs like clockwork. I feel the lovely girls who are nurse assistants, they deserve so much recognition, they are so polite and always smiling. 😊 To KCM drivers, thank you for picking us up from the airport and dropping us off safely and comfortably! 😆 My experience was more than I imagined, I was so nervous going but after all of the tests that KCM had done on me, I knew I was in good health and fit enough for surgery they are so thorough! If you are considering surgery abroad, I couldn’t recommend KCM enough. Going to Turkey was never on my radar, but from recommendations from people about Poland, I can see why people travel here. Surgery in the UK is very expensive but KCM made it possible. Thank you all so much ❤️

I had a gastric sleeve done in May 2019. I have lost just shy of 5 stone in 1 year. I was very hesitant to do the operation at age 22 but it's the best decision I ever made. Mr. Awad was kind and efficient throughout and the Tonic team have been constantly supporting me. The op went very smoothly and the lift to and from the Derby hospital and London was such a considerate feature. The first 3-4 weeks are tough but completely worth it. I'm well adjusted to my new stomach now. I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything. I feel like now my body isn't always working against me and gaining weight disproportionately. For years I wanted to get liposuction type surgery I came across the Auralia Clinic on the internet. I sent some emails to require some more detailed information the coordinator was very helpful giving me truthful facts. The coordinator made a free consultation appointment where I met the surgeon this was a very positive experience. On the day of the surgery, I was a little bit nervous The staff at the Auralia Clinic are brilliant they reassure you as a patient making you feel welcome, the clinic staff are very professional and trained at their work. The nurses are excellent pre- and post of your surgery. The surgeon was brilliant with my procedure I was delighted with my experience at the clinic. I would very highly recommend The Auralia Clinic I am delighted I achieved my lifelong positive goal as wanted to get this done for many years. The aftercare was brilliant making sure you as a patient was recovering well. I would like to say a big Thank you to Auralia Clinic staff for a positive experience achieving my goal.

The whole medical team and especially the surgeon Prof. Antanas Mickevičius were outstanding and I received first-class care and aftercare treatment in Newman clinic .from the first time I made a decision to do a gastric bypass Victoria was with me on WhatsApp until the last day. I really had a lovely experience with them and I think why I didn’t do it sooner. Prof. Antanas Mickevičius Is number one Dr in bariatric surgery in Europe and England and I’m so happy to have a chance to be his patient .

Brilliant service. Dr Awad went through all the questions I had and was full of information. Rachel’s initial discussions made so much sense about the pros and cons of a sleeve in comparison to a band. The aftercare package is the best on the market when I Compare. I went here today to have a series of blood tests done. I was given a very good quote while shopping around online in the UK and made an appointment to coincide with my holiday in Antalya. From the receptionist to Dr Hatice Habibi to the nurse who took my blood, I was treated with courtesy & respect & I was particularly impressed with the skill of the nurse who took my blood. I felt nothing & it was done in 3 seconds! Overall, a very positive experience.

Having developed high blood pressure at an early age of 23 and having lots of tests carried out with no real answers, I began to question my weight. A few years passed after trying various different well-known diets and failed miserably. I gained more weight if anything! I came across Mr Hamouda after a recommendation from a close family member who has also had a sleeve operation - losing close to 8st in under a year, she has also maintained this weight for nearly 18 months. If anyone for some reason is questioning Dr Hamouda or weight loss surgery then don’t! Dr Hamouda not only changed my life but allowed me to start living it again.
