Had a great experience, from the pre-op consultations, to being picked up at the airport and drop-off on my way back. The service at the hospital was great, the staff were nice and the environment was clean. I was looked after all the days I was there. And everything went smoothly. Omer was really helpful throughout the whole process even when I came back home they checked up on me.

Having enquired about a gastric sleeve from a few places. Novemed stood out by far as the best. Right from the very first message sent the coordinators were attentive and helpful with all the information and questions that I had asked. From the moment I landed in Turkey everything was taken care of. I didn't have to worry about anything which was a relief. The hospital is lovely and clean. The nurses and staff are amazing. The surgeon did an amazing job and I am so happy with the size of the incisions and my recovery so far. Little pain and was given all the medication I needed. I was also provided with a translator at the hospital. She was the most helpful lovely person we could have had! The nutritionist was also absolutely amazing. Can't fault any of them. The price is so good compared to what we have in the UK and included in that price you get lots of tests done which are really helpful just to know about your general health. Would 100% recommend to anyone. I would go back for future surgeries also!

I had gastric bypass 7 months ago This was a little bit hard but now I am really okey I feel better I had ınsulin resistance but now I have not. I am very happy right now.

Arrived at the airport we (my husband and I) were brought with a VIP shuttle van to the clinic, where we then also the dear Fatma immediately warm welcome! We had such a good feeling immediately and Fatma is really the hammer!!! All the nurses also welcomed us warmly with a smile on their faces, which we experienced again and again throughout the days. Fatma then accompanied us on all ways in the clinic, to all preliminary examinations, took over the language translation and gave us a lot of helpful information. There were thorough preliminary examinations, such as X-ray, ultrasound, EKG, etc. and discussions with the cardiologist, lung doctor family doctor, etc. Before the operation, a gastroscopy was performed under anesthesia. The surgical team was really great and friendly, has worked very precisely! Many thanks again to the doctor and his surgical team! The first day after the surgery your are still quite weak and sleepy, but the next day everything was better. The supply of painkillers, drip etc. was perfect, I hardly felt any pain after the surgery, except when the gas wants to leave the body, then you have a painful pressure on the ribs, but this is quite normal for such an operation. And Fatma was always by our side every day, checking on us, giving us tips ....She is a real asset to the clinic!!! Thank you!

I went to Turkey in September 2023 for gastric sleeve surgery. We were picked up at the airport in a private transfer and taken to the hospital and greeted by the wonderful Irem. I have just had a gastric sleeve. What an experience from being picked up by Rus in a beautiful air-conditioned luxury minibus to arriving at the hospital and being welcomed by the staff. I showed my passport and gave my details. Then I was taken to my private air-conditioned room with wardrobe and on suite bathroom. I had my blood taken and then told to rest as it was late in the evening. The next morning I was taken for various tests and scans. I also met the surgeon who made me very relaxed and explained everything to me. I was given a gown and surgical stockings. My time came and I had my surgery. The clinic is very professional and the nurses were very attentive. I can’t thank them enough I would highly recommend elective surgery here.
