I had a smooth experience with NoveMed in Istanbul. The staff were professional, caring, and supportive from start to finish. The coordinator Melisa explained everything clearly in details. The surgery went smoothly. Post-op care and nutritional support from dietitian Sema were excellent.

I had a wonderful experience with Novemed and Dr. Derici. From the very beginning, the team was professional, kind, and extremely supportive. The team has supported me with translator and they took time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Amazing Hospital. Spotlessly clean. Staff are very attentive and caring. My dietician, Claire, was amazing. She met me at the door when I arrived and stayed by my side throughout the whole experience. A very pleasant experience from arriving to leaving.

I couldn’t recommend Novemed enough! From arriving at the airport to heading back home, everything was perfect. Sema was there for me throughout the entire process of my gastric sleeve, from my tests to the operation. She answered all my questions, translated everything for me, and provided incredible support—I can’t thank her enough.

The hospital was very clean, and the nurses were amazing. I never had to ask for pain relief because they were always on top of it. My surgeon, Dr. Necdet Derici, was lovely and came to see me twice after the surgery. The entire experience was completely stress-free, and any questions I had were quickly answered via WhatsApp.

I would like to express my opinion on my recent experience with Novemed clinic. On the one hand, the welcome and treatment of the staff service deeply impressed me. On the other hand, the organization of the stay by Melissa who contributed to making my overall experience positive.

As soon as I arrived at the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and courtesy by dietician Claire, who was not only friendly, but also very professional and attentive to my needs. She was able to answer all my questions and guide me correctly.

The organization of the stay was exemplary. The coordination between the different departments of the clinic was smooth, which facilitated the progress of the examinations and my Sleeve surgery by Op. Dr. Necdet Derici. Each step of the process was well explained by the second dietician Sema, which allowed me to understand my diet and actively participate in my new nutritional needs.

In summary, my experience at the clinic was extremely positive thanks to the warm welcome from Claire and Sema, the attentive treatment of the staff and the impeccable organization of the stay. I would recommend Novemed without hesitation to anyone looking for quality medical care in a human and caring environment.

I travelled this week from the UK to Istanbul for G/S.
I must say from the collection point and throughout the whole process is outstanding. I want to thank Dalma who walk through, Claire for being patient. A special to Sema the dietitian and the Surgeon Dr Necedet Derici for his reassurance on blood transfusion.
The environment is clean, very respectful team.

Unbelievable how well we are looked after, everything went smooth and quick from start to finish, always felt well looked after and they couldn't do enough for us,
Claire was brilliant with us and kept us fully updated and always with a smile.

The surgery was smooth and fast. The aftercare was great, the staff come fast when you request and provide you with painkillers and a breathing exercise. Claire and Sema were also good she gave me both physical and emotional support.

The team was very professional, kind, respectful.
The surgery went well and the recovery is going amazing.
