This hospital is a top class service. They are well organised, professional and honest. All the staff were lovely and caring and made sure you were well looked after. They do lots of tests to make sure that you are fit for the surgery. The staff allow you to ask them anything and have very good English so you can understanding everything. It was two members of staff who went the extra mile Denise and Nesrin. I was having the surgery alone and they made the journey so easy and not terrifying. I felt as though I was not alone. They both was so genuine, kind, and happy. Without these two I would of found the process a lot harder. I will be back in future. Doctor Manny also was a very good and cool doctor. He gave you the time to ask questions and also spoke with you on a personal level. Thank you to everyone for everything. You was great.

🌟 Review for Dr. Murat Üstün, his assistant Maya, and Memorial Clinic 🌟 I had my bariatric surgery at Memorial Clinic with Dr. Murat Üstün, and it was an experience that showed me what true professionalism, humanity, and heartfelt care for a patient really look like. Just 15 minutes with Dr. Murat Üstün is enough to understand what kind of person and doctor he is — you immediately feel a sense of strength, calm, and complete trust. You stop thinking about risks and simply feel safe enough to close your eyes and let go. Now I lovingly refer to him as “my Üstün.” He’s not only incredibly skilled and competent, but also deeply compassionate — he truly cares about his patients’ emotions and inner peace. When I was taken into the operating room, he asked me what kind of music I liked. He played that music, we took a photo together, and the whole process started in such a warm, positive, and cheerful atmosphere that I instantly forgot about fear. We were talking, laughing… and I fell asleep so peacefully that I didn’t even notice when. On the third day after surgery, I had a bit of a psychological crisis — I felt weak and found it hard to walk, and I became emotional. That’s when Dr. Üstün told me a sentence I will never forget: “This is exactly what we wanted — your body is in shock because you stopped feeding it, and that’s exactly what both of us aimed for.” Those words calmed me instantly and gave me so much strength that the very next day I walked 6 kilometers. Not only that — during the following nine days, I walked all around Istanbul on foot! This kind of attitude — professionalism, empathy, and genuine humanity — gives a patient real hope and courage. P.S. I can’t help but mention that my doctor is not only the best of the best but also the most handsome! 😄 I also want to express my special gratitude to his assistant Maya — she was always by my side, took care of every detail, and supported me with her warmth and kindness. Maya, you are the definition of excellent service. I was just one patient out of a thousand, but you made me feel like I was the only one — and for that, I will always be grateful. And of course, this also shows my Üstün’s wisdom — that he chose you as his assistant. Memorial Clinic stands out with its cleanliness, organization, and genuine care for patients. I had partial knee replacement surgery on the 22nd May 2025. Was admitted to the orthopaedic ward the day prior to surgery and in total spent six nights as an inpatient. The ward was clean and modern with an ensuite in the room. The nursing and ancillary staff were wonderful The nursing staff were professional but also warm and caring. Pain management was a priority for them. Any pain issues were immediately addressed. I have nothing negative to say about my time there. Payment was easy before my discharge A prescription was issued for all medications I needed for the following week post-discharge Overall, I am very happy to have had my surgery at Vita. I would recommend this hospital for anything orthopaedic
