I had a facelift eye lift and neck lift. They were so professional and have kept in touch with me to give me advice on creams to use and how long to wear the facial support to get the best outcome. Would highly recommend it.

From first contact with Leila my coordinator all the way through to arriving back home my treatment and care was exceptional. Leila arranged absolutely everything and was in contact with me the entire time, She was always so friendly and helpful and was happy to answer any questions I had. The clinic and staff were superb, Dr Chem Arsalan and his ream were always very kind, willing and helpful and if I needed help they answered my button straight away. Hotel for 2 days was extremely comfortable. I had everything that I needed from the hospital team and the hotel staff would pop by daily with tea coffee and water. My flight home was delayed but that wasn't a problem; Leila rescheduled for me and I was able to stay at the hotel with no extra charge ... My surgery was a great success and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Olympia to anyone considering going to them

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Treated like a VIP from start to finish. I had my gastric sleeve in Feb 2023, and now in April 2024, I'm nearly 9 stone down. All thanks to Martin's clinic. They have been supportive from start to even now, in contact now keeping an eye on me. The hospital I stayed in was more like a hotel it was beautiful and clean. I brought a friend with me who was looked after like a VIP as well. I couldn't fault the clear information given to me, and the care given to me was 10/10.

In December 2023, after a lot of thought, I decided to have gastric sleeve surgery. Years of dieting had made me tired and I now wanted to go this route. I spent nights reading, comparing and writing to clinics, and then decided on this clinic and didn't regret it. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, from the pickup from the airport to the preliminary examinations as well as the operation and aftercare, everything was tip top. The nurses, the doctors and the nutritional advice were so well organized and I always felt like I was in good hands. With Julia at my side, who always organized everything so well, took loving care of me and whom you could and still can write to at any time, I would like to recommend this clinic one hundred per cent with an honest heart.

The level of care was to a very high standard, every step of the process was explained in detail, the follow up care was brilliant, even a year put they still offering support and advice, the surgery itself was terrifying however Dr. Süleyman Akıllı put me at ease with his calm manner and professionalism, all my worries were eased when we met and the surgery went smooth with no complications. Everything was so good. I went to Istanbul one month ago for a gastric sleeve. Their pre and postoperative processes was perfect. They always cared about my status. Also, their aftercare services are available for 7/24. I still ask questions whenever I want. I can reach them all the time. After one month, I lost 12 kilos.

I had lens replacement. The hospital was so clean, the doctor was so polite, talked me through everything. He had to do tests, pre-op and operation. He never kept me waiting. His work was 10/10. When I say I researched thoroughly, I mean *thoroughly*—I had a spreadsheet of options, reviews, prices, and patient feedback from Instagram and TikTok. My only regret is that I wish I had done it sooner. Ilva and Dr. Olegs are an absolute dream team. Ilva is always there when you need her, and the hospital and its care are second to none.
