I recently had gastric sleeve surgery at BHT clinic and I had a great experience. From getting picked up from the airport and taken to the hospital, which is like a five star hotel, to the professionalism of the translator, the nurses 24/7 care and the surgeon checking on me every day after the surgery. I really couldn’t fault it. I had my own room with bathroom and I could even take a companion if I wanted to ( they just would have had to pay for their flight). There was food service and they even provided assistance in the airport on my return home. I would definitely recommend it and I am considering it for plastics after I reach my weight goal.

I lost 15kg after one month! The experience with doctor Metin Karadeniz was perfect. I had professional help and the hospital is very nice. Thanks to Sezen (my translator and contact person) and Deniz (my dietician). It’s a very professional and friendly environment. From start to finish and on going I’ve had a perfect surgery along with aftercare. I am from the UK and I was a nervous wreck even laying on the table prior to the surgery I was crying my eyes out, as I was so scared but all the staff and Dr Belen was so reassuring caring and overall lovely. Irem met me as soon as we landed and has been there throughout. I had slight gas pain after which is normal but they was on top of all pain relief, fluids everything! Couldn’t fault the clinic. I’m 10 weeks post-op and 2st 10b down and feel so much more confident and happier. Thank you for changing my life ❤️

This hospital is a top class service. They are well organised, professional and honest. All the staff were lovely and caring and made sure you were well looked after. They do lots of tests to make sure that you are fit for the surgery. The staff allow you to ask them anything and have very good English so you can understanding everything. It was two members of staff who went the extra mile Denise and Nesrin. I was having the surgery alone and they made the journey so easy and not terrifying. I felt as though I was not alone. They both was so genuine, kind, and happy. Without these two I would of found the process a lot harder. I will be back in future. Doctor Manny also was a very good and cool doctor. He gave you the time to ask questions and also spoke with you on a personal level. Thank you to everyone for everything. You was great.

I went to grand medical in March 2024 for a gastric sleeve, I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish. My personal assistant Mel he is also doctors assistant was absolutely fantastic, he picked me up from the airport and drove me to the hospital, translated all questions and also took me shopping when I was back on my feet. Dr Osman was great, a very skilful surgeon and checked in with me everyday. The nurses was great, translated through google translate and delivered high care whilst on the ward. Everyone was very friendly and always attended to you needs. I’m so glad I chose grandmedical, I lost half a stone in the first week, and would definitely recommend grand medical hospital.

The only person slightly disappointed was my friend who came along to help me , who packed a swimsuit with high hopes of relaxing on a lilo by the pool! This experience has not only given me physical results I’m thrilled with, but it has also been emotionally reassuring thanks to the professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness of the entire JFS team. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking cosmetic procedures abroad with complete peace of mind.
