I had a deep face and neck lift and upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Soner in October 2023, and it's been a game-changer for me. For over 19 years, I felt very self-conscious about my neck and side profile, after a hurtful comment from a so-called friend. Then, over time, as I gained and lost weight, and got older - it got even worse. I'd avoid having my picture taken and constantly tried to hide my neck with my hand or anything I could find. I even dreaded my husband seeing me from that angle after 36 years together! After significant research and spending time speaking with my lovely coordinator ‘Penny’ I had already chosen Dr Soner, but I so was nervous about going through with the procedure, especially since it was outside of the UK. But when I saw a photo someone had taken without me knowing, I knew I had to have the procedure. Everyone who knows me or has seen my before and after photos are amazed by the incredible difference it's made. My neck looks so much younger, and it's given a big boost to my confidence. My neck was my main worry, but now I'm happy to take photos without trying to cover up. I'm 55, and my only regret is not doing this sooner. Dr. Soner is a lovely chap. He’s professional, and informative. I was especially impressed that he talked me out of having a procedure that I didn’t need. I can't recommend him enough and have sent friends to him because I have so much faith in his ethics and commitment to do his very best for his patients. I’m not just grateful for the fantastic results, but also for how much it's improved how I feel about myself and for the support and guidance I’ve had all the way through the process from Penny.

I hope this helps someone. I came here a couple of years ago to have a sleeve operation, and everything was first class and excellent value for money. I am fully recovered now and lost over 9st and am very happy with my decision. Amazing from start to finish! All the transfers were perfectly on time, the aftercare in the hospital was excellent, and the hotel was lovely. My coordinator Asla and my surgeon Dr. Mehmet were both incredible. Asla was available anytime I needed something — nothing was ever too much trouble for her. 👍 I’m already planning to go back for a further procedure and would recommend them 110%. I went to grand medical in March 2024 for a gastric sleeve, I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish. My personal assistant Mel he is also doctors assistant was absolutely fantastic, he picked me up from the airport and drove me to the hospital, translated all questions and also took me shopping when I was back on my feet. Dr Osman was great, a very skilful surgeon and checked in with me everyday. The nurses was great, translated through google translate and delivered high care whilst on the ward. Everyone was very friendly and always attended to you needs. I’m so glad I chose grandmedical, I lost half a stone in the first week, and would definitely recommend grand medical hospital.

My daughter and I travelled together for the operation — a mother-daughter transformation. We were given adjacent rooms, and the staff treated us like royalty. Dr. Mustafa personally guided us through every stage. We both recovered quickly. Just over a month later, we’ve lost a combined 28 kg. But even more important than the number is how close we’ve grown through this journey.

I had my surgery on the 17/02. Everything was booked via WhatsApp and within 2 weeks of 1st contact. The doctor was very responsive and answered all my questions. When i arrived i had to wait 15mins for the car and the car took me to my hotel which was 30mins away. The hotel was nice and clean.a few hours later there was someone to pick me up and we walked to the hospital which was only a few yards away. The whole process was easy and i was asleep and woke up after it was done. I waited an hour for my IV then after I went back to the hotel. I was only meant to stay for one night but the planes were cancelled due to the storm so couldn't fly back to England. I texted the coordinator and she sorted the hotel for an extra night. The next morning my transport came to pick me up and I was taken to the airport. All in all, it was a good experience and I can't recommend Merv and Dr Onur enough. I am on 10 days now and I have lost 5kgs.

So I had a gastric sleeve operation in June last year by Dr Mehmet and his team, I started first class, and from start to finish everything was perfect. The staff were unbelievable, and the hospital was immaculately clean the checks and tests they gave you before even thinking about the surgery were surreal. The doctor and his assistant were constantly checking to see how everything was, I was sceptical about going to another country and getting it done but am I glad I did it. Since June I'm down over 9st it's changed my life for the better. Highly recommend if you are thinking about it do it and definitely with this doctor and his team behind him, again thanks for everything you did for me

I had lens replacement. The hospital was so clean, the doctor was so polite, talked me through everything. He had to do tests, pre-op and operation. He never kept me waiting. His work was 10/10. The staff were lovely. I looked around for a bit to find the best eye surgeon in Turkey and believe me, I found him. His work was skilfully precise and bang on. If you want the best, trust me, go with Dr. Derda Saglik — he's the best. His ratings and reviews say it all for him, and now I’m saying it all firsthand.
