Outstanding experience at Yücelen Hospital in Muğla! My wife Julia and I visit Marmaris every year, and this time we decided to go to Yücelen Hospital in Muğla for medical care. I decided to have a full-body health Check, and my wife decided to have a chest reduction surgery. Everything was organised perfectly — all examinations were completed in one day. All doctors were very professional, kind and attentive. Most of them speak or understand English well, so communication was never a problem. We were also helped by Ms. Rüveyda, who translated everything clearly into English and guided us through the whole process, from department to department. Special thanks to Dr. Sabahattin Yaser, who performed my wife’s chest reduction surgery — the result looks amazing and very natural. Also, Dr. Erdem Sarı helped me with my stomach treatment and explained everything in detail. After the surgery, my wife stayed in the hospital for two more days, and the nursing team took excellent care of her — always kind, patient and attentive. Their help made the recovery comfortable and safe. The hospital even arranged transportation from our hotel and back, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We are truly grateful to all the doctors, nurses and the entire Yücelen Hospital team for their care, professionalism and friendliness. I would like to share my experience, as I was not familiar with this clinic before and ended up discovering it through Sandra Faraústo. She has been supporting me for several years, and she is always my first choice whenever I consider plastic surgery, aesthetic treatments, or even need medical recommendations in other specialities—for both myself and my husband. This trust comes from her excellent follow-up care. She is always available to answer our questions with attentive and thoughtful listening. I would especially highlight her ability to simplify and clarify complex topics, making us feel informed and confident in every decision. We were also very pleased with the clinic itself. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and all treatments were carried out with the high level of professionalism we have come to expect. We even took the opportunity during our visit to schedule additional appointments, as the clinic offers a wide range of specialities. My husband felt so comfortable that he decided to book a preventive urology consultation as well. Overall, a highly positive experience that we would confidently recommend.

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results.
