The Medifema clinic is the only clinic that responded. I went on 20 August to look at the possibilities and on 22 August they did the breast implant, a facial correction and on the 29th the are looking at my varicose veins. So, one clinic is taking care of all my requests.

I went to have my gall bladder removed on the 11th of May 2023 From being picked up at the airport in Wroclaw to the minute I went home I was treated brilliantly the staff and doctors were brilliant the coordinators were excellent The clinic was spotlessly clean the nurses were great and very kind to me and my wife who came with me. I had first-class treatment from the first-class staff, I would definitely recommend it if you need treatment for anything. The cost was a fraction of the cost to have it done in the UK and that was including our airfare and hotel! I chose the clinic by looking at reviews and also because I have been to Poland a few times and know Wroclaw well

Amazing Service Wow where to start. From the first point of contact you hear from the lovely Ilva and she is so lovely and so helpful to talk to. Information provided is easy to understand and follow. Knowing someone is coming to meet you from the Airport when your going on your own is so reassuring. I wasn’t worried at all about going on my own in fact as someone who has anxiety I felt so reassured by Ilva prior to travelling. Hotel was lovely. Test done following morning again Ilva comes to meet pick you up and stays with you the whole time. Then taken to the hospital which is lovely and clean, you get your own private room. Everyone that looked after me was so lovely. You get to see Dr Oleg several times while you in the hospital and he is also brilliant at reassuring you and answering any questions. If I could go back for follow up surgery EG tummy tucks etc in the future the first place I would go is to Ilva and Dr Oleg. I had no complications with my surgery, I was well looked after and I know I can message Ilva when ever I need for support

I had a labiaplasty to Asst Prof Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR , specialized in Gynecology and Obstetrics, and really this surgery was a life changing. It's not only about esthetic reasons, a large labia, can go to some medical issues, unfortunately. Probably a lot of women are thinking to do it, reading, watching videos, but they are scared, and this is surgery, that's true. But Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR did an amazing job. Fast recovery, no pain after, really really great. And the lady Nahide Evran, the International Patient Center Manager, was really helpful, assisting me in all this journey, advising me, visiting me before and after the surgery, and following my present situation. As conclusion, I really recommend the Hospital and the service and professionalism of Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR.

So far the service has been outstanding. Please note that i have not underwent the surgery yet, due to COVID19 restrictions. However, as soon as i registered interest i was called by Cat, and given all the information necessary. Dr Sutton then took the time to have a lengthy discussion on the pros and cons of different WLS options, answering any and all of my queries. The rest of the team have all made contact, and what i have most liked so far is the transparency and simplified documents supplied, to help me understand each element of the procedure, pre and post-op. It is a very nice feeling to know that there is a group of people who are available and welcome any questions you may have, especially when it is such a major life change. I actually had my heart set on a different clinic, but decided to shop around, and Tonic's professionalism (plus value) swayed me.

I attended the Allmedica clinic in March 2024 for liposuction and a tummy tuck. I have to say the service that I received was second to none. Let me be clear, we added to our package the all-inclusive option so we were escorted through the whole process by our 'host' Oskar - from pick up at the airport, to drop off afterwards. The treatment itself was done exceedingly professionally, yet personal. The clinic in Nowy Targ (Poland) is very small and I was the only person staying there overnight - I had my own nurse on duty who monitored me throughout. There were no language problems - many could speak some English, we had the 'host' who spoke perfect English and there was always Google Translate! There were many pre-tests that I wouldn't have even thought of; blood tests were done in the comfort of the hotel room; dressing changes were also done in the hotel bedroom and Oskar also organised for the lymphatic drainage masseur to attend me at the hotel. Prior to the operation the surgeon discussed options with me and made sure I understood what was going to happen. I felt very comfortable with his expertise. I am writing this 3 weeks after the operation, and can honestly say that I am ecstatic with the results. Thank you to all involved in providing this treatment. I would (and have) recommended others to you.

I live in Canada and had been suffering from osteoarthritis in my left shoulder for a number of years. After trying various types of alternate solutions such as physiotherapy, visco-supplementation and cortisone injections, the conclusion was reached with the doctors involved that a full shoulder replacement surgery was the best, if not the only, solution to regain life quality moving forward. I got referred to an orthopedic surgeon, but was not getting any call back, and was unable to find out when I could possibly get that call, let alone go through the surgery. He went to the extent of climbing up to the roof to verify the ventilation systems. With the coordinator we scheduled a date for the surgery and determined the best travel plans. When I finally got there, the clinic was exactly as what I saw on their website and what the doctor told me: immaculate and as modern as any other world class facility. From a pricing perspective, the cost was very reasonable, compared to the those advertised by the other sites. The surgery and rehab services were outstanding at every level. The surgeon even took the time to visit me every day during my stay to follow up on my progress. The physiotherapist showed up even on weekends to work with me and the other foreign patients. Surgery such as the one I got is a major undertaking, and an even more daunting one when travelling far from home away from family and friends. I took the risk to go for it, and it was worthwhile! In general, people who know me would confirm that I am a very demanding customer. So it is quite a leap for me to totally recommend without hesitation Wellness Travels to anyone in need of orthopaedic surgery.

Perfect experience right from the get go to the aftercare. I haven’t noticed a single “red flag” and no doubts crossed my mind during the whole process. I am happy I took this leap, both the Prof. and the whole staff made it, as assured as possible. After two years of having gastric sleeve surgery done I have continued my life as an healthy young adult, not held up by my weight (140kg 1.79cm, now 70kg) or my mental image of myself.
