Fantastic experience with Novemed, from the moment I contacted John he welcomed me and support me every step of the way. The team checked in with me on the morning of my flight and looked after me from the moment I landed in Istanbul. Private transport was amazing to and from air port and hospital and hotel. The surgeon and translator greeted me upon my arrival, supporting me every step off the way, surgeon reassuring me when I was nervous. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to ensure I was safe, well and comfortable. Dieticians ensured I had everything I needed for my time in hotel and once home. I wait for a reasonable time before I put my review as I wanted to be based on facts, not emotions. Also, I wanted to see how the aftercare is. What is important for people that reading these reviews is the outcome of everything. I had Mommy Makeover (Tummy Tuck, breast reduction/uplift, Vaser liposuction plus flanks) on 12th December 2022. Now I am 3 mpo. The results for me are as expected. First, because I was observing this surgeon's work for around 8 months alongside three other doctors before choosing him. Second, I followed every single piece of advice and recommendation by them 3 months before the surgery and continued after to avoid complications. 1. Transfer- as described. (Drivers are experienced and gentle, sensitive to the pain you are experiencing). 2. Hotel- as described (I wasn't on holiday there so it is more than enough you need. Brilliant). 3. The hospital - Modern, clean, good food, friendly staff. 4. The Surgeon - Dr Yusuf Acar, polite and gentle man. Didn't see him much but his art is on me forever. 5. Mayclinik staff- Well, here is something that I didn't expect, to be honest. Apart from the good service which is expected for private clinics, the Personal touch! Yes, it is important who makes your operation but does anyone think about all around? Nurses are these not appreciated enough. Mayclinik nurses are different from the hospital staff. They know you are terrified and they talk to you with so much patience and care. This journey is not only physical it is mental too. For me, the role of the nurses completes and finishes the doctor's job. Forgive me I don't remember all names but Eda, Deniz, Burcu, Ceren. 6. After Care- Nazli, a lovely lady that I catch replies to me even outside of working hours. I didn't have major complications just small things. Recently they opened an Aftercare / Consultation branch in London that I visit There is a doctor, a plastic surgeon that speaks with you not just nurses, dr Sam. His approach was just amazing. He ensured all is healing well, gave me some advice answered everything possible I had in mind to ask with patience and arranged another check in 2 months to observe a lump I have around my stitch. 7. Communication- Well, the communication with my coordinator wasn't the best experience compared to other clinics that I researched. Do not get wrong impression if they don't respond straight away and you need to remind them. They are really busy I saw with my eyes. However, if you want to complain you can always find a reason. I am fine, this is not an important aspect for me. In conclusion, I can say I had a good experience with Mayclinic, I am happy of my choice of doctor. Happy with the price I paid. Happy with the service and care I have received for this price. Happy with the outcome. You can trust all is genuine.

I can’t shout out AYT clinic and my surgeon more. My life has changed and I owe it all to them - thank you all so much. 12.5/10 - Fantastic Experience, Great Coordinator, Nurses and Hospitality staff! Asuman is the greatest coordinator! I went to turkey to have gastric sleeve surgery (weight loss option). My coordinator was the nicest, respectable, reliable, politest, generous, helpful, kind, pro-active, efficient person I've ever met! (besides the women in my family) overall great/perfect coordinator. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from start to end in which I am extremely grateful for. I stayed in the Radisson Blue hotel which was amazing, clean, lovely views, good lighting with 5 stars customer service. I stayed in turkey for 8 nights and checked into Medical Park Hospital on the 2nd day in which all my medicals such as blood tests, scans etc was taken. The next day was surgery day, I was greeted in the morning by the surgeon who was very polite, kind and professional, he talked me through everything. After the surgery going very well, I was left in care with the nurses who were very very attentive, kind, warming and hard working. Even though I was in a lot of pain and frustrated after the surgery, the nurses understood and were very helpful and were very kind and very respectful. My hospital room was spacious clean, stylish and comfortable. After spending a couple of days recovering in the hospital I returned back to the hotel where I was greeted by Rana and other nurses who were all extremely lovely, helpful and all had great/positive energy. Overall I would rate this Gastric Sleeve experience 12.5/10. Thank you.

I had a gastric sleeve 4 weeks ago today, the level of care I received was above and beyond from the moment I arrived until I was back at home. I was a solo traveller, but never ever felt alone there. Irem and Sasha went out of their way to make me feel at ease and my surgeon Dr Erdem came to visit me every day before and after surgery. If I decide to go back in the future for any plastics I won't hesitate to go back there . I am already over 2 stone lighter since starting my journey.

I have a really a great experience with Medica Plus. I have visited Medica Plus for dental implant surgery. The dentist is professional, experienced and friendly. The Medifema clinic is the only clinic that responded. I went on 20 August to look at the possibilities and on 22 August they did the breast implant, a facial correction and on the 29th the are looking at my varicose veins. So, one clinic is taking care of all my requests.

The service from start to finish was faultless. From the information provided via text, being picked up from in a luxury vehicle, to the hospital staff nothing was too much trouble. This was all down to Fatih Ozturk the coordinator. He was always available to answer any questions from start to finish. I had a Gastric Sleeve, the only pain I suffered was the trapped wind, was given pain relief which helped. The surgeon Dr Bora Koc came to see me twice a day during my stay. I have been given medication to take home with me and contact numbers for advice/support if needed. It was Fatih Ozturk who made this journey happen for me would not hesitate to use him again.

I had carried out a lot of research and decided on Febris. From start to finish the communication has been first class. The facilities are ultra clean and modern with very friendly staff. I was able to have the Tri focal lenses put in and throughout the operations,. Everyone was very supportive and the operations themselves lasted around 30 minutes per eye and was totally painless. My eyesight has improved so much and once my eye drops aftercare is completed it will be near perfect.
