The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

Had a great experience, from the pre-op consultations, to being picked up at the airport and drop-off on my way back. The service at the hospital was great, the staff were nice and the environment was clean. I was looked after all the days I was there. And everything went smoothly. Omer was really helpful throughout the whole process even when I came back home they checked up on me.

Great Experience! Initially, I was reluctant to make the decision to proceed with the Gastric Sleeve procedure with any clinic as it’s a big decision. My Partner came across Dr. Cem Arslan Clinic. We found a contact number and to my surprise it was actually Dr. Cem's WhatsApp (Business Account). We arranged a video call that evening and I was grateful to meet Dr. Cem and have an open discussion about the procedure, why I wanted to do it and a few health questions (nothing intrusive). I recall asking Dr. Cem, why he provided his time as other clinics did not do this. He responded by saying this is how we operate and he wanted to provide a personal service, where possible. This was great to hear as a few weeks prior, I was in contact with another Clinic, where all my medical questions were relayed back to the Doctor but I did not feel the same connection. Regarding the communication with Dr. Cem, please note that English is not his primary language but the conversation was manageable. I was then contacted by the Medical Co-ordinator on the 19th August. Zeynep was awesome. She had been through the procedure with the clinic herself and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I had concerns about the procedure and as with any operation (whether in the UK or Abroad) there are risks. There was no pressure to proceed and was advised to research more online. Zeynep also informed me that any hint of risk identified during pre-tests, however small, the procedure would not be possible. Zeynep goes beyond coordinator, very professional, to the point and cares about your well-being. Arrived in Turkey on the 18th September and was met by Sercan at the airport who took me and another patient to our Taxi. Really nice minivan/SUV with comfortable seats and TV to watch music videos. Sercan was professional, polite and even offered to carry the luggage (Not his job but was decent of him to ask). Due to Zeynep being unavailable for the arrival, all the coordination was done by Almira. I was notified in advance, so no issues at all in change of coordinators. Arrived at the hospital and was greeted by Almira. Almira is very professional, courteous and a humble person. Like Zeynep, Almira naturally cares about your wellbeing. I got into the hospital room and then taken for a series of tests. Probably took an hour end to end, not much waiting. Almira was with me throughout the pre-tests. Next day was the surgery and Almira came back in the morning and stayed with me until I went down for Surgery. I had a visit from the Doctor to say I would be the first operation of the day. At no point do I recall Almira or anyone asking me for Payment as soon as I arrived. However, I did make payment before the operation as its a service being offered. The company Op. Dr. CEM Clinic are professional and not after your money. They only want the best for you based on my experience. Surgery took an hour. I will be honest, the moment I woke, I had nurses around me and Almira. I struggled a bit to adjust to coming off the Anaesthetic but Almira was by my side, even when I was throwing up (common side effect with Anaesthetic) and I felt relieved and calm. Throughout the next few days/ nights, Nurses visited me to check on IV drips, and painkillers and encouraged me to walk a lot. Yes, walking is very important. I wish I did more walking. The Doctors visited me each day to check on me, which showed they cared a lot. I was only meant to stay in the Hospital for 3 days. However, the team showed great empathy I was offered to stay in the hospital for 2 more nights, to keep me comfortable. Forgot to mention, a day after Surgery, I went down to get a standing CT scan to check for any leakages with the Sleeve. All was clear, which was a relief. You can see the fluid that was given travelling down your oesophagus to your New Stomach. On the 5th Day, I was discharged and before leaving, I got a visit from Zeynep (who an amazing person to meet), Almira and the Dietician (Gokce). Gokce explained what I could eat/drink in detail, what I should expect from the change in lifestyle and the benefits. I was given medication and vitamins to take back home along with my discharge papers. Gokce is very knowledgeable and still provides me after care with my diet via WhatsApp app. Thank you Gokce for keeping me on track. My overall experience was fantastic. I did my research and kept my NHS GP updated pre and post-operation. When I explained my experience was in Turkey to the NHS GP, my weight loss to date and how good I felt, my GP was very happy for me. Just over 3 weeks from Surgery and I have lost nearly 12kg. My whole experience with NoveMed has been amazing from the start. I felt apprehensive about booking my surgery in Turkey but my worries were unfounded. Novemed arranges everything for you including the transfers to & from the airport, hotel & hospital, hotel bookings & pre op checks. The transfers were lovely, big, clean private mini vans with twinkling lights & leather seats. Transfers know your name & were always on time, everything was organised so smoothly. The hotel & hospital were spotlessly clean. I stayed in the Wow hotel, I would suggest to ask for a non smoking room. I met with my surgeon Dr Necdet Derici prior to my surgery, he also popped in to see me on me several occasions after my surgery. He was very friendly, pleasant & reassuring. The nurses at the hospital were brilliant, always quick to help, constantly checking on me. I got quite nervous just before going into surgery & the nurses were very comforting & kind, making me feel a lot more relaxed. Büke the dietician came to visit me after my surgery, she was very informative & friendly. She explained my diet & medication for the next month & brought my supplies of protein shakes, milk & snacks. She will stay in contact with me for the next 12 months to make sure I know what to eat & to stay on track. I would definitely recommend using NoveMed, thank you.

OMG, I can not fault anything, everyone is treated really well, my operation went really well, no issues. I was well looked after, all care was better than NHS. I am only 11 days post-Op but the recovery process is going well we even have support from the nutritionist on WhatsApp, which is very useful. I would Highly Recommend Dr Cengiz Ertan and his amazing team. The hospital was Immaculate and appeared more like a top-class hotel. Very clean and comfortable.

My experience with Dr. Ahmet and my gastric sleeve surgery has been excellent. He is very easygoing, knowledgeable and understanding, and experienced in his field. Always open to hearing concerns and well being of patients. I would recommend Dr. Ahmet to anyone wanting bariatric surgery. I am almost 5 months out and have I lost around 70 lbs, and my blood pressure is regular. I am so happy about the results. Also, I liked everything about all the services that Clinic Center has provided to me from the beginning till the end of my medical journey.

After lots of research I chose Vanity for my breast augmentation operation & certainly wasn’t disappointed. The communication before, during & after my stay was brilliant. I was met at the airport by a vanity driver & it was 5 star service from there on. The clinic was so clean & all of the staff there spoke very good English. Ayla was my experience expert & she was amazing & very reassuring with any queries I had before & since after my surgery. I’m now almost 2 weeks post op & so far over the moon with my results & would definitely not hesitate to return for further surgery if I ever want it.

Mummy makeover, had the gastric sleeve done last January, and after a great experience then decided to use Clinics United again for Tummy Tuck and Breast lift with implants. Want to say a big thank you to Claudia who looked after us very well before, during and after our trip, any questions we asked were answered promptly and there were lots. Also, our Surgeon was amazing and his aftercare so far has been fantastic he is genuinely concerned that you feel at ease and has a lovely manner. I am so happy with the results so far and look forward to the very results.

Hi, I am still in Turkey now and Dr Kamil Manav performed a tummy tuck on me on Thursday, he is absolutely amazing and so is the team. Batuhan and Ertan have been amazing always there if I need them and look after you. I am very happy with my results I came over with my daughter so was a little worried but I had no reason to be. Ertan even went and got my daughter lots of snacks for in the hospital a very caring team. If you’re having doubts don’t book it and go. I stayed one night in a hospital rest in a hotel I am in hardly any pain really recommend Dr. Kamil as a surgeon thank you CatchLife

I went to Turkey in December 2022 I had my gastric sleeve done the day after arrival my op went well. The staff were amazing the nurses - and cleaners and even the surgeon and not forgetting the amazing coordinators. Even once discharged Olivia took us shopping and visited the old town and went horse riding in the hills, not me - my niece. I done my own investigation and went with AYT and I’m so glad I did. They are definitely a 10/10.

Hi I went to Turkey February 22nd. From collecting from the airport I knew I would be well looked after. My initial point of contact was Sezan who answered all my questions and also her English was excellent. When you arrive a range of tests and scans are done to ensure all is good for the procedure. The next day I was taken to surgery which for the sleeve was only about 40 mins. After 4hours you get out of bed and walk to ease any wind pain. Overall I had an excellent experience and would recommend highly. I researched many bariatric surgeons and was so happy with my surgery in Turkey.

I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment I stepped off the plane I was looked after and made to feel so welcome and safe. The surgeons were absolutely amazing, the nurses were attentive and so caring, I don’t have a bad word to say. If your like me and looking for a safe place outside the u.k to have surgery and change your life this the place to go. I will definitely be going back if I need any body contouring after I lose all this weight!

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.

What can I say but Wow clincton is an amazing company. Our representative was Seline and she was so kind, supportive and patient with my daughter and I. My daughter had an operation too and Seline even scrubbed up and went into the operating room with her as she was so nervous. This meant she missed lunch and was at the hospital for hours with her. She was always on call and got all our answers immediately. So kind to us both and Bella and appreciate her so much. The surgeons for both mine and Bella were absolutely brilliant. My result was so natural and I feel and look ten years younger. My daughter’s surgery was done a by an expert with. Perfect results I can thank you Seline and the whole team at Clincton.
