Niamh is the principle Physiotherapist and has over 11 years of physiotherapy experience working in both hospital and private practice setting. Niamh has also a wide range of experience working with sports teams from Gaelic football to rugby and hockey to name a few. Niamh is also a Clinical Pilates Instructor and teaches weekly Pilates classes in Bray, Co Wicklow. Niamh also uses Dry Needling as part of her treatment of injuries and conditions.

She also takes care of neck or low back pain and general musculoskeletal conditions. We are located in the Ennistymon Medical Centre, on the first floor, one level below the Dental Clinic. Wheelchair access is through the GP's waiting room. Our clinic will be open on Tuesdays and Fridays  from 2.00 to 6.00 PM. Hours might be extended depending on demand.
