I went to Lisa after a shoulder injury as I had a lot of pain and limited mobility. She was so helpful and friendly and I had regained a lot of movement after a few sessions and by following her advice. After 6 sessions my shoulder issues were resolved. She is honest and very good at explaining everything, always happy to answer any questions. I would recommend her to anyone!
